I used it as advised, thoroughly mixed and sprayed on to roof tiles, resident time about 15 min and hosed off. Results were very marginal, in some areas unnoticed and to be honest not worth the effort. The tiles were clean last year and only dirty with airborne contamination. Should have been easy.

This was dark mildew stained with a transparent gray stain. Should of got before pictures but didn't think it would be that dramatic. It was . Im totally amazed. Mixed in a bucket brush scrubbed and rinsed. Wow. Great product

Didn't see the part about using a transfer pump or hand pump to apply. Too much of a hassle if it can't go through our regular delivery system. Also instructions were vague, like don't let it sit too long or it will peel the paint, but if you don't let it sit long enough it won't clean. I pulled the plug, not even trying to experiment on a customers house.

Great product, we shipped from Florida to St. Croix USVI - cleaned our concrete tiles really well and restored the beautiful original tile colors. We used a garden sprayer for application and rinsed off minutes later with a pressure washer for a great result.
