Purchased two gallons of this product mid-2014 and did not use at that time. Now I understand product discontinued, because "better formulation" in new product. Guess I will just throw unused product away.

I was recommended from your purchasing department to use the Wash Supreme product for my roof instead of the roof cleaner. So far I sent two requests to get feed back from your staff. Still no reply!!! So far i have not seen any results. Do I need to wait for rain to occur to activate the product? I would like to believe that your product is effective but so far I have not seen any benefits from using your product. I have followed your recommendations thoroughly. Please advise( for the 3rd time)

This product made our deck look awesome. It has not looked this good since it was new. The product worked just like the company said it would. I have ordered 4 more gallons to have on hand.

Love the deck wash. HATE paying for shipping. Why can't I buy it in my area ?

The Tank was far more than I expected, but the pump was too weak and did not produce the height of spray advertised. The manual was poorly written. The bulls eye nozzle produced a pin point stream, but the stream was too small, the spray almost non-existent both inadequate to clean a house wall. I ordered it because I couldn't find anything similar. I knew from your companies sale and shipping statement that returning it would not be a good option. Frankly, I was desperate to find something to clean my home that would not require me to climb. I suggest you add horse power to what you sell.

Jason from Iowa here. The last two years I had been using Corte Clean because it was the only cleaner that even worked a little. Spray & Clean is even better. It is also better because you don't have to mix it like Corte Clean. It is also cheaper. I was hesitant at first because too many of these cleaners say they do something that they don't. I started by purchasing a 4 pack. Today I used it and the results were great. It wasn't enough to do my big deck so I just ordered another 4 pack.

Enjoyed dealing with manager and staff at Safe-Wash. They gave friendly tips and advice. All my supplies arrived in two and a half days. Now begins the task of washing all the siding and roof and sealing the wood siding. Their prices are reasonable and they stand ready to help.

I had a question on a product and couldnt find a number to call, instead I was asked to send the question via email which I did and have as of yet I havent received a response. With that said I will mention that i absolutely love the products.

I WAS UNABLE TO FIND YOUR WASH SAFE RUST REMOVER IN A LOCAL OUTLET HERE IN SOUTH CAROLINA..UNFORTUNATELY, THE SHIPPING CHARGES WERE A LITTLE TO HIGH FOR ME. I WILL KEEP LOOKING FOR YOUR PRODUCT HOWEVER AND PERHAPS ONE DAY YOU WILL GET A DISTRIBUTOR TO BRING IT TO OUR HOME DEPOT, LOEWS OR WALMART STORES.

So far, I am so impressed with your company and customer service. I was very excited to learn of your product Rust off....but saddened when I learned that there were to stores in my area....or my state, and that the shipping and handling would cost almost as much as the product. I expressed my concerns via email on your website that I felt almost gouged cost wise because your product was not available to me. I was so surprised and pleased that my concerns weren't "blown off" but were resolved with a reduced cost of shipping. I can't help but believe if your company has this much integrity....your product will work as you indicated.....and I can't wait! Your integrity says much about how you feel toward customers. I was interested in using your deck coating product but no where on your web site could I find a phone number to talk to a rep on the product .All you had was an email for questions. To be honest, I don't trust a company without a phone no. and my time is valuable and writing emails is way to slow and takes to long to get answers . I've been a contractor for thirty years and your company web site is the first I have ever viewed that doesn't have a phone no.. A very BAD policy!!

How wonderful to actually find a product that works exactly as advertised. We have a 9 year old composite (Evergrain) deck that came completely clean with the first application! It was easy to apply we waited 30 minutes to wash it off and now we have a new deck. Thank You!

used sail wash. Brightened the whites and removed dirt. Could easily see dirt washing away with garden hose rinse. I have stained sails that were stored recklessly but your product gives them a second life. Will recommend t others.

I was not able to purchase the 32 oz Rust Remover because you only use Fed x and their shipping charge was almost the same as the product--too expensive.

I have been pleased with your products in the past, and also appreciated the prompt and helpful email reply to my questions. I placed my order and was a bit aghast at shipping and handling costs that increased my total by almost 50%. I probably would not have ordered differently, but I think at the least you might include some explanation as to why shipping/handling prices are so huge! P.S. the new shipment has yet to arrive.
