Trying to get my 20 per cent discount and have not received email about delivery Very disappointed in customer service

my last order, which I NEVER RECEIVED AND I WAS IN CONTACK WITH YOUR TEAM ,I WAS TOLD it showed my order was delivered how every I never got it and I checked with the mail person and my neighbors. it was 56.00 dollars I love your make up but will never order again, I will now order from Laura CELLAR and I will tell all my friends how I was treated so they do not buy from Wander

How ever can I rate your product when I ordered it 2 months ago, you took my money and I have yet to receive the product. I've gotten so many texts and emails trying to sell me more product and you can't seem to get what I ordered to me. You should be sending my an apology and a gift with purchase.

Products are great, customer service isn’t. Opened my sunscreen glow bottle and it leaked all over as the bottle is obviously a defective one, contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t help me past 30 days, even though I had just opened it and the bottle leaks everywhere. Can’t use it, trashed expensive product.

Terrible customer service from Rosario. Did not solve my problem.

I order 4 mascaras 2 were dried out and clumpy. I've complained several times. Noone has helped with this issue.

I like the product however the mirror in the compact became cloudy after about three days and it will not clean off.
