I love the products I have ordered from Wander Beauty. The powder foundation is fantastic and does not crease or emphasize wrinkles. However, before I reached the end of the product, it began to crumble. I emailed the corporation and received a response within one hour. Their customer service is phenomenal! They offered to replace my foundation immediately and I received it six days later. I found they had sent a new, full-size compact in my chosen color

Got back to me right away and answered all my questions. Staff was very nice and personable.

I have contacted customer service on three different occasions on three different orders. An item that was marked out of stock that would not allow me to edit the ship date was shipped anyway without warning. I asked how to go about returning the order and the answer was we cancelled all future orders. I still need to cancel the order. On another order I did not receive the free gift I was promised. It was the only reason I ordered product I did not need yet. I was told that I received a cheap plastic bag instead and that was my free gift. I never received the promotion gift. Bait and switch!!! My complaint about not receiving the product was never addressed. I like your products but I can not shop with you with confidence.

Two products I especially love are Wander mascara and brow pencil. While other eye products from other companies caused eye discomfort (burning and blurriness), my experience with Wander is night and day different. I'm a big fan of clean and simple and happy my daughter introduced me to Wander.

Wander Beauty has beautiful makeup and skin care products. Anytime I put on their makeup it lasts me throughout the day without my need to touch up my look. Their skincare products always makes my face feel clean without overdosing my skin. I highly recommend taking a chance with this company. Your face will thank you later!

I am absolutely in love with the volume and curl mascara. It doesn't flake and is not chunky. This is the only mascara that works for me and is amazing for the price.

I put my address on their website but after the payment processed it reverted to an old address. Contacted them immediately and several times since then and haven’t received anything saying the item will be shipped to the proper address. I have received plenty of emails and texts about ordering again. I don’t plan to order from them again.

I absolutely love Wander skin care and make-up! The pink packaging is so cute and makes me happy. I love the mist, powder blush and powder foundation the most.
