Placed an order on Dec 2 and today is December 27, but my order was never actually shipped. Label was created according to tracking and that is all. Reached out to customer service, hopefully it will be shipped eventually

Have purchased from your company before and never had a problem. I have been charged for and item almost a month ago and still gave not received it yet. When I track it it has been at at location in Avenel, NJ for a few weeks. Make this right

I have a few items with this company that I absolutely love and then have tried others that are just okay. My biggest frustration though is when you love something and it even gets GREAT reviews, then they reformulate it. For example. the Nude illusion foundation. The original was THE. BEST. FOUNDATION ever. So completely natural on yet covered any redness and just made your skin look flawless. It wasn't heavy feeling or thick. Just right. It had an overall score of 4 1/2 stars and hundreds of reviews. Then. . . they reformulated it and now it doesn't get nearly the ratings and people BEGGING them to bring back the original formula. Why not just add another foundation instead of taking away a beloved one and reformulating it? Why try to fix something that wasn't broke? I have one of the originals left and when it is done, I have no idea where I am going to find even a remotely similar replacement. And now, according to an email I got, my favorite mascara, the thickening mascara, is also going to go away and it too has 4 1/2 stars out of hundreds of reviews so WHY??? I cannot stand when companies make beloved products and then take them away or reformulate them. It is beyond frustrating.

I love your highlighter, and your brush. My sister-in-law gave it too me, she received it in a gift box. So I googled you and found where I could purchase it myself when I ran out.

Order was difficult to track and arrived incomplete.

Sent an email 5 minutes after I ordered to change the color and never got a response. You should probably have your customer support check the emails.

Ordering is terrible

This company does not have a phone number to reach a real agent. . they refer you to a review board and you have to wait for a response which does nothing to resolve your problem

I have been very pleased with all your products. Just tried the toner tonight & liked it very much. Love the under eye cream; Baggage Claim. None of your products have disappointed me.

Love the lipliner and lipstick all in one item, and perfect combo with the lip oil. It has become my go-to everyday lip look.
