Hassell to return product for a refund.Customer service did help finally. Haven't received refund

i’m very disappointed in your customer service and Packaging. I’ve had three bottles exploded in my bags and you respond to me saying you have a 30 day policy which has nothing to do with the fact that I’ve wasted so much money and time cleaning up the messes from your product, exploding in my bag aside from the fact that I am frustrated from having to clean it up. I’m also frustrated that I had to spend so much money on this make up that I’m also not able to use and will have to replace. I was hoping you guys would help me with at least that part, but I will not be buying your product again and referring, and I will also do a nice demonstration explaining what will happen if they buy your foundation along with your lack of support

Mascara, Great product but they forgot about my order

I really love your products. I love the powder foundation and the new mascara which has really helped my eyelashes. I also love some of the skin care. Especially the vitamin C cream! I bought my daughter the Mile High mascara and foundation and it’s the only foundation we’ll wear. The customer service is also excellent. My only complaint is that it’s a little pricey.

Bring back DO NOT DISTURB it was one of your best product besides the mascara

I put in an order 14 days ago and still have not received an email stating my order has been shipped. This has never happened before and I never would have thought I would need to order items 2 months in advanced for me to get them before they run out.

I never received my order and customer service has not responded to me

I really love Wander Beauty products and use the daily. I am waiting, not so patiently, for Pack Up and Glow to be available again and when it is, I want two!

Why did you change foundation formula?There are so many bad reviews on the new one. You say you listen to customers but in messages back and forth with customer service they aren't really answering the questions I am asking. Just giving me rehearsed reasons to why these loyal customers must be doing something wrong

I love this company and their products. I especially love the Wanderlust powder and mascaras! I usually keep two shades in my supply since my tan varies through the seasons ;) Their customer service is really great!
