Following the purchase of the Cordless hedge trimmer it was clear that it was defective. After waiting patiently for a response from vonhaus I was informed: We have recently been made aware of a potential issue with our G-Series battery which is affecting a small number of orders.   A completely new customer representative by the name Shanthelle then informed me I would have to pay for the return. Fortunately I looked at the policy myself after a discussion over how could i customer pay for a retuen on a defective product. As I thought, the return of defective products do not have to be paid for by the customer. Although receive a refund, Shanthelle ignored my many requests for my complaint to go to management because of the inconvenience of being sold a known potential defective product.

Nice product The gazebo is quite sturdy especially when left up on a windy day and easy to erect and dismantle. Pegs could do with being a bit sturdier but I had 4 spare from my last gazebo. The gazibo also comes with a good quality storage bag and some bags for sand but I haven't used these. Its a light coloured grey ( almost silver in colour) and is a nice match to my grey garden furnature. Definitely revcommended at this low price !

This is a review of my purchase of a Vonhaus folding platform trolley. At very short notice I had to clear my drive of a large 3 piece solid slate bench and a very large filled planter. It seemed an impossible task, I ordered this item on a Sunday afternoon and it was waiting for me when I got home Monday evening. It took me 10 minutes to attach the four wheels and less than an hour to manoeuvre the items one by one onto the trolley and push them up into my garage before folding the handle flat and tucking it away in the garage. I don't know how I would have managed without it.

Wow. Bought this to replace a half barrel bbq from another competitor. Food on the von haus was cooked to perfection. Adjustable height for coals really helps control speed of cooking. All meat was tender and juicy and no sign of charred offerings. Well worth the money. Many thanks vonhaus

I was surprised by it's weight when lifting it out of the box to assemble. This is a good thing, as it keeps it planted to the ground while scarifying. It's very easily put together and feels well made. Having only used it twice, it's early days to say on it's reliability, but nothing so far has gave me any concern. The amount of thatch that it lifts means the collection basket/ box will need emptied very often, certainly for my mossy lawn. This is my only criticism, that the collection basket/box could be bigger. Having read other reviews on this model, I had to wait for it to come back into stock as it seems very popular, I'm glad I did.

Have used for the first time this weekend to strip the engine on my santa fe and what an excellent set it is every size you could wish for good quality and excellent fit thank you will be back for more tools

SUCH a good bbq at a great price. It looks good, cooks well and the ash collector at the bottom is really helpful.

Got rid of all of the moss and did a good job scarifying the lawn.

The frame was powder coated, which made the assembly impossible. The powder coating thickened the 'fitting blades' so much they wouldn't fit in the 'fitting slots'. I had to file down the ends of the blades just to get some form of assembly. I only did half a unit as it is very unstable. The shelves are about 3/16th of an inch and don't add any stability. I believe this unit would have been great if it wasn't for the slots being too small to accept the powder coated fittings.

Very pleased with this product. High quality and very sturdy. The dark wood matches with my old desk and is very easy to put together and use.

Does exactly what we need it to do. Our seat is specially hand built to our specifications so in places it is slightly large but that does not protract from the cover it provides. Perfect

Extremely pleased with cleaner so much that a friend ordered one in a few days. The long hose allows the cleaner to be so manouvrable. Such a joy to "hoover". Lovely design.

Needing a new pair of Shears and a Lopper i look extensively online at different brands and was really unsure which to go with. Then i stumbled on the VonHaus website and looking at the reviews for the Garden Shears, Lopper & Pruner 3pc Set at a very reasonable price, i felt confident these were worthy of a purchase. I am very glad i did as i received them very quickly and well packaged. These garden tools are not only very well made but comfortable to use, feel very durable and do a great job at keeping the hedge and shrubs neat and tidy. I hope to get many years of use out of them and will definitely buy VonHaus again when the time comes. All round im very happy and have now bought VonHaus garden tools for some of my Family.

I realised a product I had was broken and because it was within the 2 year warranty (at the end) i thought i could get replacement parts. I got an email almost immediately saying I could get a replacement unit, that replacement had an issue with delivery and got sent back to vonhaus but as soon as I said that they sent me another one which arrived in 2 days, very very efficient and useful!
