XDP is probably the worst courier outfit I have ever come across. They failed to deliver the item at our postcode (which has not caused an issue to any other company DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, Amazon, Yodel, etc…) twice now. Their website and app are impossible to use and they don’t have a phone line for customers. By some miracle i managed to use their app to peace instructions to the driver to call me if it can’t find the address. It will probably take a miracle to get the package delivered to ours even though it was purchased more than 2 weeks ago. :(

Total crap did not fit my new TV

I ordered an item on the 20th of November and it got stuck for a week with Evri with few updates. I cancelled it because of the terrible service from Evri and was told by Vonhaus that I would be refunded when they got it back. It is now 2 weeks since I ordered the item and I’ve still not been refunded despite Evri saying it’s going back to Vonhaus a week ago. Mostly not Vonhaus fault but remember mburong shouldn’t take this long.

Drying capability almost zero. Takes an age to dry a single load.

I’ve had Black & Decker before, this one is slightly lighter and supposedly more powerful. The blower works fine and the mulcher makes light work of dry leaves but try sucking up wet ones, which after all is most of the time now, it was pretty useless. Nothing was a problem for my old B&D. To add to this there’s already a hole in the bag where it attaches to the blower after using it just once. Disappointing but then I guess you get what you pay for .

The above item was delivered promptly easy to put together. Weight is good so easy to handle . sucks and blows well. Leaves are shred up well bag is easy to empty nice long lead. Makes clearing up leaves so much easier. One thing i will say is that the machine in operation is noisy i guess they all are i personally wear ear defenders and i would recommend that you do. in all a good piece of kit to have at a good price

Bought the entry level leaf blower via a market place retailer. I'm mighty impressed with the performance, light-weight and sensible design. It's better than I expected bearing in mind the low price. My only minor niggle is the silly hook to hang it up but not a problem as you can hang it by the handle.

I ordered a shelving unit from vonhaus and it was delivered, by Evri, with no problem whatsoever other than some tears in the cardboard packaging. I put it together and it worked a treat so much in fact that I ordered another one, this time in black. This was delivered but when I opened the package, I noticed that the shelving had been damaged and I put this down to the handling by Evri - not the greatest courier company in the world . I reported this back to vonhaus and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived yesterday. I will be putting it together over the weekend. These two shelving units are very good and the service provided by vonhaus is exceptional. I have nothing but praise for them and the way in which they handled this complaint. In fact it was of no fault of the company but the courier company that really needs to get back to basics and learn about handling material. I am most grateful to vonhaus for sending out a replacement so quickly and would recommend them and their products to anyone who wants quality at an affordable price. I have noticed another review where Michael mentioned the lack of a connecting bolt or something o join two units together. I simply drilled a hole in the uprights and found a bolt and nut and "Bob's Your Uncle", they were joined together. Simple really and the bolt is hidden.

I bought this trimmer about 4 months ago. It has been excellent easy to use to cut my hedge, lightweight and does the job for DIY gardens. Well made and a good price compared to the alternatives. The only area where VonHaus could improve is to increase the battersy ampage from 2am to 3/4 amp just to ensure it has that extra power. Voltage is not the key, amps are.

A faulty stove fire was replaced immediately without even having to send the old one back. Fantastic and unrivalled customer service. Thank you.

Ordered 1no. sets of von haus standard garage 5 tier shelving unit and 1no. corner unit. Arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. Seems sturdy enough for the product cost compared to equivalent units. Only downside is I would like to see a connection brackets provided or made available to be purchased separately to allow me to connect the two units and make it more robust than separate standalone units.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Having not received my order i contacted the seller via the link ftom B&Q 6 times with no resolution to my problem. The responses seem to be automated. I will now be seeking a full refund and will not use this company again.

Arrived on time. Robust sturdy TV fixing bracket. Reasonably priced.

bought for my husbands birthday no problems with Evri our Evri driver is great. Delivered quick easily assembled. No more ladders we have a tall hedge the trimmer goes through the branches with ease. The blade can be used on different angles husband still trying to figure out which angle to use it on but only purchased mid August. Would recommend especially to the people who have to stand holding the ladders for hours on end whilst your partner is up the ladders trimming hedges. No problems excellent service and a good price.

I purchased a vonaus 1800 watt lawn scarifier for my 86th bitdhay on the 17th August 2025. from a seller listed on the Sponsored sellers list. When 5 days had passed I checked my order and tried to contact the seller from their listed methods and all three came back as unreachable and don't exist . I phoned their numbe and that was a scammed private number and the guy confirmed he had been inundated with call about their vonhaus or other purchase items . I have done some detailed searches on this seller and it shows up on Yell,Facebook,and many London search for companies . Absolutely disgraceful customer experience. First grass strimmer was faulty, they told me to dispose of it. I did, they then sent a replacement which I refused and returned. They still charged me, and I waited 6weeks for my refund, which was £6 short. No response. No my daughter bought me another two in one telescopic strimmer. This would not work and they told me to dispose of this I did,. They said they would send a replacement, now they are not. I am left with nothing. This is a debenhams market place and they are disgraceful. Now being escalated to consumer rights.

One of the boards had a damaged end and no fixing screws, M5 plugs or nuts and bolts to fix part of it together, after trying to get Vonhaus to send the missing items they said it was not possible as they don’t stock the individual items, they offered a £15 refund instead, then credited my bank card with £5. 99, very, very disappointing.

Product is find, but. Had issues with Evri which granted were sorted in reasonable time. However could have been so much easier if there had been a courier option (Evri particularly bad in my area) and a contact number for Vanhaus. Automated and seemingly scripted messaging, gerr!!

I've emailed von haus twice about purchasing a part for my bbq but they just don't reply.

Ordered pole hedge trimmer and spare battery, but had issues with Evri. To be fare Vanhaus dealt with it in reason time, and all came good in the end. (something I had seen on other reviews) However the process could have been so much easier had there been an alternative courier available (Evri are particularly bad in my area) and a telephone contact for Vanhaus. Automated, seemingly scripted messaging. ger!! So far the product is all good and could be tempted by others, my reservations will be no telephone contact and courier.
