I haven't actually USED tihis yet but wanted to comment on all the improved design changes I noted straight away! I had just used the corded version I already owned but most of my tools now are cordless and after struggling with the cord together with the bad ground conditions with all this rain, I looked to see if there were cordless versions yet. I checked the whole market but came back to Von Haus brand again as the most cost effective with battery and charger included. When it arrived I was initially worried that it was larger than the one I had. I never expected the cordless version would be bigger but hopefully when I use it the ease of no cable will outweigh the less compact size in my challenging garden and the upside is that the collection box is twice the size as it does fill super quick. I was excited however to note all the additional features that makes using it so much easier. Only one screw to undo now when changing the blades and the cover and screw both stay in place so that you cannot loose them! Similarly there is a space in the cable clips to store the alan key so that it's always at hand. I also note how the handle can now be easily folded down for storage with a simple but clever lever sytem (though it would be an idea for the assembly instructions to mention the screws attaching them should be left quite loose for the levers to work). All this attention to detail makes it far easier to use and far more likely that I will use it more often as it does make a great difference to the condition of the lawn.

1st duel hob arrived and it doesn't work properly. They refused to collect it and there is no where here to dispose of the thing. They sent a 2nd one and the inner box was open, with the tape hanging off it! Rubbish! Ive contacted them half a dozen times and you just get nowhere.

Bought the cycle rack/hanger - very pleased puts up easy & 3xbike hooks & 3x helmet hooks also

Straight out of the box I felt this was good value and a well built solid bit of kit. Since buying it I have used it to do a 6x2 ft hatched dovetail workbench with no issues. For the money I have to give this 5*. As for the company I also had no issues. Delivery was prompt and well notified and whilst it helps with their marketing they also send links to videos giving advice on use which could be useful for anyone looking for further insight

I received the product very quickly, nicely packed, nothing happened, the courier delivered it in good order compared to other companies, I am very pleased with the quality, nothing was missing, everything was fine. . Absolutely love the bar stools. The print and material are much better than expected. Only issue was that we had to file some of the parts down a tiny bit so we could put one of the stools together. Otherwise, very happy

I placed an order today, when I received an email telling me who the courier was i instantly contacted customer services to explain the issues ive had using said courier service and that I never receive parcels from them. I got a very quick response advising that they changed courier for me. Im delighted with how quickly they resolved this for me. Customer service 10/10 special thanks to Moz.

Very satisfied with this radiator. Does a good job keeping our kitchen and dining rooms warm on cold days without having to use the central heating, so it's much cheaper. Easy to use and move and has an attractive design.

XDP is probably the worst courier outfit I have ever come across. They failed to deliver the item at our postcode (which has not caused an issue to any other company DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, Amazon, Yodel, etc…) twice now. Their website and app are impossible to use and they don’t have a phone line for customers. By some miracle i managed to use their app to peace instructions to the driver to call me if it can’t find the address. It will probably take a miracle to get the package delivered to ours even though it was purchased more than 2 weeks ago. :(

Total crap did not fit my new TV

I ordered an item on the 20th of November and it got stuck for a week with Evri with few updates. I cancelled it because of the terrible service from Evri and was told by Vonhaus that I would be refunded when they got it back. It is now 2 weeks since I ordered the item and I’ve still not been refunded despite Evri saying it’s going back to Vonhaus a week ago. Mostly not Vonhaus fault but remember mburong shouldn’t take this long.

Drying capability almost zero. Takes an age to dry a single load.

I’ve had Black & Decker before, this one is slightly lighter and supposedly more powerful. The blower works fine and the mulcher makes light work of dry leaves but try sucking up wet ones, which after all is most of the time now, it was pretty useless. Nothing was a problem for my old B&D. To add to this there’s already a hole in the bag where it attaches to the blower after using it just once. Disappointing but then I guess you get what you pay for .

The above item was delivered promptly easy to put together. Weight is good so easy to handle . sucks and blows well. Leaves are shred up well bag is easy to empty nice long lead. Makes clearing up leaves so much easier. One thing i will say is that the machine in operation is noisy i guess they all are i personally wear ear defenders and i would recommend that you do. in all a good piece of kit to have at a good price

Bought the entry level leaf blower via a market place retailer. I'm mighty impressed with the performance, light-weight and sensible design. It's better than I expected bearing in mind the low price. My only minor niggle is the silly hook to hang it up but not a problem as you can hang it by the handle.

I ordered a shelving unit from vonhaus and it was delivered, by Evri, with no problem whatsoever other than some tears in the cardboard packaging. I put it together and it worked a treat so much in fact that I ordered another one, this time in black. This was delivered but when I opened the package, I noticed that the shelving had been damaged and I put this down to the handling by Evri - not the greatest courier company in the world . I reported this back to vonhaus and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived yesterday. I will be putting it together over the weekend. These two shelving units are very good and the service provided by vonhaus is exceptional. I have nothing but praise for them and the way in which they handled this complaint. In fact it was of no fault of the company but the courier company that really needs to get back to basics and learn about handling material. I am most grateful to vonhaus for sending out a replacement so quickly and would recommend them and their products to anyone who wants quality at an affordable price. I have noticed another review where Michael mentioned the lack of a connecting bolt or something o join two units together. I simply drilled a hole in the uprights and found a bolt and nut and "Bob's Your Uncle", they were joined together. Simple really and the bolt is hidden.

I bought this trimmer about 4 months ago. It has been excellent easy to use to cut my hedge, lightweight and does the job for DIY gardens. Well made and a good price compared to the alternatives. The only area where VonHaus could improve is to increase the battersy ampage from 2am to 3/4 amp just to ensure it has that extra power. Voltage is not the key, amps are.

A faulty stove fire was replaced immediately without even having to send the old one back. Fantastic and unrivalled customer service. Thank you.

Ordered 1no. sets of von haus standard garage 5 tier shelving unit and 1no. corner unit. Arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. Seems sturdy enough for the product cost compared to equivalent units. Only downside is I would like to see a connection brackets provided or made available to be purchased separately to allow me to connect the two units and make it more robust than separate standalone units.
