Beautiful! Delivery was a month from order date but was worth the wait.

The bracelet is sparkly and as described, However, the clasp came broken, even after having von diamonds repair it AND send me a new one--the new one's clasp is still broken and doesn't securely clasp. I will take it to a jeweler and get it fixed out of my own pocket as von diamonds clearly wont fix it, after 3 back and forths. still giving 3 stars as otherwise it's beautiful.

I love the ring I bought for my fiancé the engraving is a little small but other than that I love it.

Shipping was way faster than they estimated. It arrived 8 days earlier. Diamond is bigger than stated in specs. Haven't had to use customer service yet so I do not have an opinion on that. Highly recommend for your jewelry needs.

I received it damaged and had to return it and you received it back today. Disappointed there was not better quality control before it got boxed and shipped out. I took the day off because it required a signature.
