Shipping is sometimes slower than I prefer, and it's not easy to get a more accurate ETA from the website or customer service. But overall, the products are very high quality for the money.

We have received two of three tennis necklaces ordered. Two were ordered the week of 12. 15. 25 and one of those arrived 12. 22. 25. As of 1. 4. 26 we are still waiting for the second necklace and after two calls with VON reps, have been given no update on the status of the second necklace or when it will be delivered. Both were originally promised by 12. 23. 25. We are concerned about whether we will receive the second necklace. The third necklace, ordered 12. 22. 25 and promised next-day delivery arrived on 12. 24. 25.

I purchased a tennis bracelet for my wife which was slightly too long. I contacted customer service to ask if I could exchange it for a slightly smaller size? They said they don't do exchanges, but I could do a full return and then purchase the shorter length tennis bracelet. Even though it was inconvenient, I agreed. That was, until I realized that the price for the tennis bracelet had doubled! At that point, I canceled my order completely, got a refund and went somewhere else. Completely ridiculous and inappropriate return and exchange policy. Steer clear!

It was easy ordering the ring online but impossible to reach anyone after delivery of the ring. Ring wasn’t engraved after paying for that!
