I am not happy with my purchase and tried return it. They said it’s non refundable items. I have spent almost $2000 and you can’t guarantee your product. I guess it’s my bad. Never buy anything on emotions. And believe what they say in headlines. I trusted your website.

Just gave my wife the earrings she only went to put them on for the first time and she found a loose diamond in the bag. She never eve wore them yet and a stone fell out.

Ring was absolutely perfect!

Order fulfillment is later than advertised and promised as "expected shipping date" or "estimated delivery date". Yet they charge your credit card immediately when you order, they do not wait until they actually fulfill the order by shipping it and/or receiving delivery confirmation. Product was so overdue and not received, that I had to call my credit card company and place the charge in dispute. The product eventually arrived very late after the original due date. I removed the dispute from my credit card and allowed the payment. I would have bought more from them, but I no longer trust their order fulfillment timeframe.

The quality is top notch! Fast delivery. Super happy with my purchase.

The ring I purchased is beautiful! However, the customer service stinks! I emailed the company within the 24 hour cancellation period. I was told the order was in the process of being shipped and could not be cancelled. I believe that because it was on sale, it could not be refunded or returned. I believe that they used that ruse so they could keep the money, knowing I could not return it! So their policy of being able to cancel did not work for me. But it being on sale and could not be returned worked for them. My husband was very upset as he has medical bills that needed to be addressed, not purchasing a $1200 ring.
