The emerald earrings are beautiful. They are a gift that has not yet been given, so I don’t know what her feelings will be. The stones appear to the naked eye to be flawless. The settings are well made and appear to hold the stones securely.

I got an engagement ring from you guys and requested an engraving. The engraving never got done and it took five times as long as you claimed it would take to receive it. Had to cancel my non refundable reservations because of not having a ring. The ring is beautiful but my overall experience was not great at all. I lost almost 600$ in reservation fees.

The diamonds we ordered were beautiful and the setting was perfect. Order was delivered on time and packaged extremely well. The price per carat was good. This is my second order from Von's Diamonds and I am very satisfied with both orders.

Customer service is fairly non-existent. Not very helpful at all.

Ring was late and selected marching band at checkout but was never added to my order.

It takes a long time to receive things but the items I received look great. Only suggestion I have is quicker shipping and a nicer display for such fine jewelry items.
