Great service ring was exactly what was advertised and what I received

Bracelet length was an additional 1/4- 1/2” than advertised. Was told there would be a $100 “restocking fee” 🙄which seemed unfair because the description stated the bracelet length and that is what I ordered. As it turns out the clasp was not included in the length description. Went to next level for help and was granted a refund and $100 store credit. Felt like I was being punished. Reordered the bracelet and delivery was delayed so the returned bracelet could go to be “inspected”. Finally called and bracelet was sent. Took much longer to receive the second time. Now I’m looking for a tennis bracelet but do not feel confident in using Von.

Not as expected. No returns. Much much smaller than pictures in advertising on the wrist of model's arm. Compair pictures of the 1 carat tennis bracelet, and the 5 carat. . . Not much of a difference.

My experience was amazing. The first 8ct bracelet I ordered was too small. . I almost panicked , thinking returning it would be difficult and would take so long that I would miss my wife's birthday. But they made the whole process super easy and fast. I couldn't be happier with Von Diamond and my wife was blown away with her gift. It was spectacular
