The ring we ordered was beautiful and customer service did a great job keeping me informed.

Arrived safely and packaged well.

Item looked great. And of good quality.

I was looking for something that would give me a WOW moment, and I found it amazing.

Shipping took longer than expected. Customer service is unable to provide updates. Broke after one day of wearing it. Beware of the clasp.

We ordered a couple of items. Customer service was great. I will order from Von again! The pieces are stunning.

Diamond looks great. Has a good weight to it. Originally 11-12 business days for delivery, I think it took 13-14. Contacting customer service for updates was quick and easy. I do recommend.

Brilliance is the word for Von Diamond. All around total satisfaction.
