Great shipping and service!

not as i expected

I purchased the bracelet and immediately reached out to customer service via chat to request them to process it quickly as it needed to be gifted 3/7. April stated they do not do expedited shipping, so I requested that they process it through their workflow quicker as estimate was 5 days after order, for bracelet to be shipped (2 days are weekend in this). April stated that they cannot do I requested that the order be cancelled. She confirmed and stated it can take up to 24-48 hrs to refund purchase. She confirmed that she will cancel the order. I started looking for a new gift but lo and behold the bracelet shows up at my door. So while the bracelet is beautiful, I did cancel my order within 20 minutes of ordering and they completely dropped the ball. April was very robotic with her answers and did not attempt to assist at all with my request.

And here here it is I just wrote a review where you told me to write a review and send it and now you want me to write a different review no Von Dia you are not getting another review. You’ll never get another dollar from me. Horrible customer service horrible, horrible horrible.

need to time your purchase so that you dont wind up having to pay more than twice what is costs normally- never buy in December!
