Beautiful bracelet but poor quality. Clasp broke second time I wore it. I waited over a month for delivery so this was disappointing. Rather than another long wait for repair, I took it to a local jeweler

Wasn’t impressed. The necklace didn’t fit in the box, it was very tight. The stone was unimpressive. Wouldn’t buy again.

Very disappointed in the lack of response when I emailed about my order. Absolutely impossible to check on my order myself without sending an email. Shipping was later than stated, which caused my delivery to be an extra 4 days because of weather and the Christmas holiday. I can still only hope that it arrives tomorrow, the 29th. Maybe don't use FedEx out west, they are horrible at being on time.

Service wasn’t really needed, but the warranty is a little vague on what is covered. I received a tracking number which gave me peace of mind in knowing where the product was when it was shipped.

Poor, received wrong size bracelet to wrong address. Ordered late november and won’t receive the correct bracelet until mid to late january. Too much of a headache with rude customer service

Online ad says prior to making a purchase "received by dec 24th" and now was informed item will not shipped till dec 30th. Very misleading ad. They said they're more than happy to offer full refund but the damaged already been done!!!
