Great customer service and easy to get a hold of. Quick response times

While I appreciate the quick response to my order, I made it known before placing the order that I could not take receipt of the shipment until a certain date. Nevertheless, the shipment arrived a day before I was home to receive it. Because the delivery required a signature, the shipping company made a second attempt to make the delivery the next day. I was home by then and was able to receive my order.

Took 1 week ship out but glad I bought one

My scooter arrived fairly quickly and without any fuss.

I need 4 screws for install it, but it is missing.

Easy ordering and fast delivery, BUT that occurred following a very responsive series of responses to product availabillity, shipping to my daughter at her campus and technical questions. Very robust cusntomer service and a top-quality product.

Outstanding scoot, smooth service.

5 out of 5. Very happy with what u folks do.

Great scooter so far, fast enough, great range, fun to ride!

Service from Vmax has been excellent for me. They go above and beyond what you expect. Super cool people. I have no complaints, only praise for their service.

Great scooter

I'm pleased with the experience overall. I thought the order and shipping process was okay. The website mentions 'Same day shipping, quick delivery', but for info's sake, my order was processed two days after I placed it. The shipment from California to Texas took about 2 weeks. Not a huge deal, but I was expecting a bit faster.

Just had a service incident and in general very good. However, the vendor used should be the one handling the payment of warranty approved items directly with VMAX and not the customer.

Fast shipping, great scooter. It was missing some parts out of the box

Shipping, customer service and speedy answers to my questions by a human are what makes my purchase even better.

Great product, service and support
