I am deeply familiar with every brand in the industry. VMAX is outstanding in safety, build quality, and performance. Having turn signals on a scooter this affordable is unbelievable. It’s so evident that each element was considered.

Box was beat to hell but everything came intact.

The service tech I worked with, via email, was great. It only took two emails, a photo and quick explanation to explain my problem. The part was shipped immediately. I was impressed with the replacement instructions which were easy to find on the VMAX website.

I didn't bother wasting time with customer service and fix the issues with thicken epoxy and paint

Good scooter. Would have expected manufacturer would have replaced the broken scooter as it was received broken.

I love the scooter as a whole. Luckily, spare parts are available. Plastic pieces like signals and wheel covers feel cheap and are broken in shipping. Scooter would be near perfect if those pieces were upgraded to metal for durability. Folding latch is a bad design.
