Great scooter range is about 35/40 miles full speed

All things good except: 1. The folding latch / lock doesn't hold if we put the scooter. It can be dangerous while taking the scooter in the stairs. 2. There is a pin code based lock but it's hard to enter the code with the buttons. It can be controlled via app. 3. Better navigation on screen. It only show `turn in x ft`. It can also show the steet name or the full map view on screen. 4. Good to have a find my scooter on app and track it's live location. Major Pros: 1. Good range 2. Great build quality

Pros: Great performance. Top torque and acceleration. Lightweight for its class. Solid build quality. Not reliant on an app. Cons Inadequate packaging for shipping, scooter arrived with superficial damage. Latch for carrying folded could be better.

I have had this scooter for about 2 weeks and am very happy so far. It meets all of my criteria (budget, front & rear lights, motor, range) though it is too heavy for me to carry comfortably but not too bad to lift. Quick to fold/unfold. I live in a hilly area and this scooter gets me around, especially with help from Sport mode. Installation was simple, but it was a little difficult/worrisome to shove some cables into the handle in order to accommodate the handlebar unit since the instructions didn't mention it. Overall, I highly recommend this scooter. This is my first personal scooter; I have used rentals extensively.

Its an Awesome scooter simply design, looks nice, it has a great performace. its says max 24 mph i just hit 23 maybe 24 downhill but the average its around 20-21 mph still amazing, climbs steep hills like a champ around like 12 mph and im +200Lb plus my backpack. just the brakes are ok. i think it needs better brake response super happy since day 1 i just ride the scooter for 4 days riding around 3. 5 miles a day and havent charge it yet.

While I appreciate the quick response to my order, I made it known before placing the order that I could not take receipt of the shipment until a certain date. Nevertheless, the shipment arrived a day before I was home to receive it. Because the delivery required a signature, the shipping company made a second attempt to make the delivery the next day. I was home by then and was able to receive my order.

I need 4 screws for install it, but it is missing.

Great scooter

I'm pleased with the experience overall. I thought the order and shipping process was okay. The website mentions 'Same day shipping, quick delivery', but for info's sake, my order was processed two days after I placed it. The shipment from California to Texas took about 2 weeks. Not a huge deal, but I was expecting a bit faster.

Just had a service incident and in general very good. However, the vendor used should be the one handling the payment of warranty approved items directly with VMAX and not the customer.
