Shipping was good! Box arrived damaged, however the scooter was fine. Unable to use box for returns if necessary. Have not used support yet. Brakes are noisy, work ok. Screen “blanked” out one time, unknown reasons. Setup menus were difficult due to not being the same as tutorials

Met and exceeded my expectations. It is an awesome scooter!!! You won't be sorry. It does everything as described. I'm 300lbs and it excels up steep hills! Hits top speed no problems. Shipping was good. Little tough putting cockpit on because wires didn't want to fit inside shaft but I finally got it there. Just didn't like bending wires like that.

Pros: Responded quickly and refunded me immediately for the phone holder that was out of stock. Cons: Told me my rear arms were at an odd angle even though it was normal. Made me try to fix something that wasn't broken.

Very heavily made, suitable for a motorcycle and high speeds. Even violent shaking on rough paths I found the mount solid, and my phone has not slipped, I use an S28 in a protective cover. For my installation, I used the thinner one of the supplied spacers and put it to the right of the throttle on the very inside over the grip. The Grip is still comfortable and there's no interference with the brake. The central area of the handlebars close to the display either side on the VX4 have plastic cover's protecting the wires that run in a groove on the handlebars. This was my preferred mounting location, but just snugging it up and testing the motion my phone was seeing floor, ceiling, floor, ceiling. On the trail that much violently moving phone is likely to break something eventually. The bikes display also moved as much as the phone rotating this back and forth so I advise against this mounting area. The phone mount will also mount between the turn signals and the grip if you roll the grip end over itself a little and use the spacer over one of the adhesive rubber strips included to protect the wire in the groove, Mine is next to the throttle because I used that area to mount mirrors.

Service & communication is easily 5 star.

I bought this for my daughter as her first scooter, so she cannot compare it to other scooters. I love riding my VX4. However, she's really enjoying going around on it and likes the design, especially how the handlebars clip to the back fender.

Have a VX5 that I have gone 23 miles on and still had battery left. Also have the VX2 Extreme and have yet to go the distance but have done 22 miles with 62% battery left. Yes I was riding casually not all out the whole time so I understand that not everyone will get those results. If you ride casually you will if you go all out then it will be less but, very likely still better than the competition. Thank You VMAX!

Great company and product, but service quality is poor. Takes too long to deliver, costs too much money, tires pop too easily here in Pennsylvania USA. I loved it for the time had it but Its not maintainable or cost effective enough for me to keep using this brand of e. scooter Best of luck, - Mike Penn

The front wheel of my scooter started making grinding sounds that remained even after swapping the wheel bearings. I contacted Christ at VEMAX, and he promptly shipped a new font wheel without asking many questions. Very happy with their service. thanks
