I can wear my ultra high heels all night with Vivian Lou Insoles

Don't work at all, just left sore spot in arch and numb toes. Looking for a refund.

Had to wear heels for the first time in years and decided to try the inserts. Truly a game-changer! Normally my very flat feet are in agony even walking around for a short period of time, but that subtle shift was enough to make a difference in the weight load on the balls of my feet and my toes. I was in those shoes for nine hours!!! While I still had some discomfort due to it being out of my usual routine, there is no way I could have lasted that long without them! I am now telling everyone I know about what a difference they make.

I wore these all day in a designer stiletto and felt great! Coming back for more for sure.

I didn’t realize until I received it that it is only good for one shoe. Considering most women don’t have only one pair heels, it could get rather expensive to purchase multiple of these inserts. I have “tested” the inserts by just trying them without sticking it to the shoe and it seemed like it would do as it says. I’m on the fence to return for the fact that I have to pick one shoe to out these in and at $30 a pair, it’s too expensive to purchase multiple AND I would risk ruining the inside of the shoes if you try to remove it according to the directions. (Don’t make a mistake inserting them!)

I really love the insoles for sneakers they are super comfortable and I repurchased.

I followed the instructions and the inserts did not help at all.

These work great! I can wear my most painful strappy heel for hours of standing and dancing. A must have!

For whatever reason, these gels didn't work for me. I wore them in cute Naturalizer shoes, and my feet hurt after about an hour. The shoe heels were only 2" and bought the gels on the recommendation of a friend.

Makes my heels so much more comfy! It’s unbelievable. I wore my heels for the entire night and I was pain-free. They’re thin so they don’t show either.

Didn’t notice much of a difference but I’m sure it helped more than I know.

Great product and great service

I am blown away at how well these insoles work. I love wearing heels but I hate the pain they put me in. In preparation for my wedding day my fiance and I are taking dance lessons. I wore 3 3/4 inch heels with Vivian Lou insoles the entire time we were dancing. Not only did my legs and feel great, I had better posture. I’ve never felt “lighter” on heels. I am going to be able to wear them all evening on my big day and not have to change into flats after an hour like I typically would. I was so excited that I bought another pair and placed them in some stilettos for my bridal shower. I wore them 3 hours for my bridal shower and while my friends had to take their heels off, I was just fine. I almost forgot I was wearing them. These will be going into all my favorite heels.

So far, I have only tried on my shoes with and without the insoles, but I can already tell that they take a lot of pressure off of the front of my foot! I'm hoping to wear my shoes all day/night, so being comfortable is a must!
