I have not yet been able to wear my heels out yet, but I can notice a difference when wearing them in my house. I had Achilles surgery two years ago and I am still building up strength back in my ankles and calf. haven't been able to wear heels as much as I'd like due to this. I can tell that with these insoles, I am not relying on the calf muscles as much. I can't wait to wear these 3. 5 inch heels out! The installation process was a little scary, I wish that there were better graphics to help explain where they need to go other than the pamphlet I received. I think my right shoe feels slightly different than the left due to the insole placement but overall is not a huge issue.

I didn't notice any difference between wearing heels with or without the inserts. I was so hopeful these would make a difference!

Put these in a pair of stilettos that I adored but didn’t think I’d ever be able to wear comfortably, and they’re far better than before.

I’ve had a couple of surgeries for bone spurs (both big toes left and right). Wearing heels is painful for more than a few minutes. I put these in my heels and I went the whole day in my shoes. I didn’t walk 10 thousand steps or anything but I attended two events, stood for hours. The insert really does shift the weight so that the majority of the weight doesn’t fall only on the ball of my foot. Really great invention. I don’t know about buying multiples—they are expensive! But if you need em, they do what they claim!

These did not work anywhere near as good as the $12 gel women's high heel inserts I typically purchase, which not only adjust the weight of the foot, like Vivian Lou claims to. . . but also come with arch support, ball of foot cushioning and heel cushioning. $12 gives me a whole beautifully squishy & supportive foot bed insert. Plus, the cheaper insoles allow me to reposition or remove the insert without destruction to the original foot bed pad. I tried, I felt, I'll leave V. Lou behind.

The inserts did nothing. It did not relieve any pressure on the ball of the foot. All it does is make my shoes ill fitting and too loose in heel.

I wore sandals with Vivian lou weight shifting insoles and danced all night without any foot pain. I highly recommend. I have bought several pairs

I got an Instagram ad for these insoles and since I had to go to five weddings this fall and would be wearing heels for all of them, I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, they didn't relieve any foot pain from wearing heels for me. My feel feel the same as they do when I am not wearing the insoles. The balls of my feet still ache after a few hours of wearing heels and the day after wearing them. I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately they didn't work for me!

These make my 3”+ heels wearable! I have them in all of my heels and as someone with flat feel this helps to redistribute the weight and reduce pain. They’ve become a must!

Definitely not what was promised. Expensive product that does not deliver. Contacted customer service with no response.
