I love the insoles for my new shoes; they help my foot feel stable and comfortable. I'm looking forward to dancing the night away!

Every year, I am on my feet for 3 days preparing for and setting up for a two-day 1k person event, where I then have to put on heels and host the events. - Last year my feet ached for days afterwards. This year I found and used Vivian Lou and it was a breeze! - Whereas last year I had to take multiple sitting breaks during the events in my heels, I didn't sit down ONCE during the events this year! These WORK! - I'm so pleased that the heels with the inserts are the only ones I'm wearing now. - HIGHLY recommend!

These insoles are fabulous! I wore them to my friends wedding, wearing 5 1/2 inch heels for over 6 hours. We were on the dance floor all night completely pain free. The next day I didn't have any issues with the balls of my feet being sore or anything of that nature.

I always thought insoles were a scam, but I love these. Im hooked. The athletic shoe insole has changed my entire workout.

I have a terrible time wearing in heels due to flat feet. The insoles really helped with standing and walking.

The insoles did nothing to relieve any pressure or pain. Do not recommend

what a huge difference. . . buying another bulk now. They are so thin so I thought there is no way they would make a difference. Don't doubt it. I felt the difference instantly and it is significant.

I rarely wear heels anymore because they hurt my feet. Vivian Lou Insoles let me get into my favorite shoes again.

I wore these with my heels to a wedding a few weeks ago and my feet were killing me at the end of the night so these did not help with my heels.

The high heel insert gave great support and comfort from the back of the shoe to mid way down of it. However It would be wonderful if you had an additional insert or longer high heel insert to fit at the base of the shoe (ball of my foot) for additional comfort. i used your heel cupping insert as a solution. This is the reason for the 4 stars. I will continue to buy your product and recommend it as well because it does give relief and support!

I put these on a gently used pair of shoes today they seem to work great however I noticed there is no way to clean the sticker off and reapply it it's not like it's a silicone product that we adheres itself to the shoe so I'm assuming these can only be used once. In deep research on the website it did not indicate the answer to my question so that would be my only feedback for this company, that they make a product that is reusable instead of one time sticking in a shoe. The challenging part is if you have to restick it a few times you are always losing stick every time you maneuver the insert. For the cost of the product it should be reusable.
