Shipping is expensive-but that is the world that we live in. The valance artwork was great! Thankfully, the representative ensured that the details were correct prior to application to ensure perfection. The tent/canopies are affordable, good quality, and easy to assemble and disassemble. Highly Recommend!

Order did not come close to what we expected. Wrong size and colors. Computer are nice, talking directly with some one, when the people do not follow directions or may have questions is the best way to do business.

Umbrella hardware is terrible. We purchased 3 of these. They are very pretty. Shipped great, looked great. Turning hardware is plastic. We do not abuse this, it sits outside our ice cream store. One broke in 4 months and they replaced it. Now that one and the other 3 are all broken in 9 months :(.

Shipping was quick and the whole process from design to shirt was painless. Art and color came out as expected on the shirt for the most part. There is a 1. 25 by 1/8 inch unpainted line where it looks like the shirt had a bit of a fold when the process was happening. On the same right shoulder the join between the right sleeve and shoulder also shows some unpainted shirt.

The flags are working well for our Event Sponsor displays! We did receive one that arrived broken and unfortunately can’t be used. We’ve also discovered they fit most sponsor tents, but not all—so we’re getting creative to make them work. Overall, they’re doing the job!
