Terrible quality. Both flags fabric fell apart driving the first day. They may have sent the wrong quality product because this is unacceptable. Trying to contact customer service to get it figured out…

This banner is a classier style than a standard retractable. The fabric is thick and feels quality, but doesn't have much stretch so it's not simple putting it on alone - have to wiggle it down evenly. Had some trouble getting the poles in places, it was a tiny bit finicky but mostly because one side of the hardware came dented. The customer service team was wonderful and send replacement hardware right away and it came quickly. I hope the banners hold up well over time - that the poles don't get dented easily and that the stitching on the fabric holds up. I wish there was a BIT more stretch to it, but the support team told me it's to ensure it doesn't start to sag over time.

Not good order was not recieved it was returned to you company by UPS

Worth the money! I like the fact that they are 2 sided, I added my address on the arrows (2 smaller signs) and drew arrows on the bigger one. I had great success with my sale.
