The flags were beautiful, better than we anticipated! Super flowy and great quality. Printing looked great. Only thing, I wish customer service was easier to contact, or smoother to communicate with as we needed to make changes to the design under a time constraint that ended up pushing back our delivery time.

Not a fast 3 day turn around. Mine was a 4 day turn around not including Sunday. They are closed on Sundays. This information is not included with the “fast turn around”. I ordered on Friday. According to the site it should have been ready to ship by Monday. I also paid for two day shipping with arrival estimated Wednesday. It did not arrive until Saturday. When I called customer service I was told I didn’t pay for the fast turn around. If you need it quick you have to pay for fast processing and fast shipping. Just go to your local Fed Ex. You’ll get it quicker and customer service is MUCH better:

Should have free shipping, both ways. At least for returns. Would have nice to see sizes listed, as what I ordered was too big. Contacting customer service needs improvement. I had a difficult time getting the answers I needed.

I couldn’t be happier with my order! I purchased lawn signs for a political campaign, and they came out absolutely perfect. The colors are vibrant and true to the original design I submitted. The price was very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding—great communication every step of the way. The turnaround time from placing my order to delivery was impressively fast.
