I have autoimmune inflammatory arthritis in my spine and major joints which makes good sleep pretty much impossible. I had decided to try the Hybrid Lux 4" Mattress Topper (King) on top of our latex mattress set. This topper has REALLY helped with my hip pain. It seems to distribute the weight and take the pressure off of my hips. The Viscosoft website is easy to use. We placed our order in minutes and were able to use our HSA to pay for the topper. They shipped quickly and safely. . . . it even arrived a day or two early. We aired the topper out for 72hrs prior to placing it on our bed eliminating any packaging odors. Highly Recommend the Hybrid Lux 4" Topper!

Came on time. Quality feel, nice cover and mattress straps Supportive foam No complaints

I have been sleeping on my Viscosoft memory foam with fiber topper for about a week and so far it has been very for comfortable. My bed was uncomfortablely firm before using the Viscosoft topper. Now, a week into it, my bed feels much better.

Needed a mattress topper to make a saggy mattress more comfy for my parents (who announced a last minute trip!). Viscosoft delivered a topper FAST, and while I followed instructions to let it air out for 24 hours, it didn't smell at all. Feels both cushy and supportive at the same time; I'm jealous I don't get it sleep on it (as it's on the guest bedroom bed)!

Would have liked a king size pillow but glad there is an option to decrease loft.

Great website. The information on each product is very complete and helpful to make decisions on what to purchase. And it was very easy to order products and securely check-out. Thanks, Viscosoft.

Best mattress topper on the market.

It’s made well just as described! Very comfy and just right amount of firmness! Stays in place! Easy to turn! Slept 8 hours straight first night on it!

It does the job it was intended to do.

I would give the mattress pad 5 stars if it wasn’t bigger than a standard king size mattress.

Excellent

The mattress topper arrived quickly and is made from high quality material.

Nice

Excellent job making sure it arrived on time, wasn't damaged, excellent packaging, and providing an enjoyable product. Job well done!

Mom's been using the mattress topper for only two days but so far she loves it. Shipping was fast and item will hopefully hold up for her!

Fast shipping and great communication.

Customer service was very nice and helpful.

Not sure yet

My husband and I love our new Viscosoft mattress. It's so comfortable and cushioned on top of an overly firm mattress.

My purchase was simple and easy through the website. Shipping was great. I received my item quickly, and it was well packaged. My topper was exactly as described and pictured on the site. I have already recommended Viscosoft to others!
