My husband and I love our new Viscosoft mattress. It's so comfortable and cushioned on top of an overly firm mattress.

My purchase was simple and easy through the website. Shipping was great. I received my item quickly, and it was well packaged. My topper was exactly as described and pictured on the site. I have already recommended Viscosoft to others!

Everything was great with our new memory foam pad by Visco soft. The order came quickly. Touching it to our mattress was very quick. We're enjoying great nights of sleep now!

I expected it to feel nice, after all I’m paying for it to feel nice. I have perpetual lower back pain when I lay down. Doesn’t matter if it’s on a bed, floor, couch, you name it. If I’m flat I’m in pain and wasn’t necessarily looking to fix that, was just buying this to make my wife happy and hoped to be a little more comfortable too. I laid down and closed my eyes to focus on my body and where the pain might be. I didn’t have any and even fell asleep in minutes (oops). I woke up from my nap with 0 pain. I’ve only had it a few days so I hope it stays this way but so far I am extremely pleased and my wife loves it too. I also track my sleep schedule with my watch and have been getting deeper sleep. I’ve been telling friends and family, I can’t recommend this topper enough!!

The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the customer service experience. I had just moved from Portland, Oregon to Washington, DC, and accidentally entered my old shipping address when I placed the order. Within two minutes, I both emailed and called customer service asking them to cancel or update the order before it shipped. Four days later, I was told the package had already been delivered to my old address and that nothing could be done. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed that a request made almost immediately after placing the order couldn’t be accommodated or even acknowledged until after delivery. The product is excellent. Improving the responsiveness and flexibility of customer service would make the overall experience just as impressive as the mattress topper itself.
