After replacing my mattress with a medium-firm one that unexpectedly caused severe back muscle pain (ending in an urgent care visit), I added this 2” topper as a last attempt before changing the mattress again. The improvement was immediate and significant. It completely changed the feel of the bed, relieved the pressure on my back, and I now sleep deeply and comfortably. Outstanding quality and easily one of the best purchases I’ve made.

The mattress topper is great. The delivery was fast. Only issue is the odd smell coming the mattress topper. After airing it out for a week, the odor was gone.

I have had the same mattress for over 10 years. And for the past 9 years, my husband and I had a Great Dane sleeping between us. Needless to say, after all that, my mattress was lumpy. I decided to try a mattress topper before purchasing a new mattress. I came across Viscosoft. After reading some excellent reviews, it was recommended that I go with the 4-in topper because of the lumps. I have since had several great nights of sleep! It's very supportive for side sleepers, and helps with shoulder pains. I look forward to sleeping through the night now, where before I would usually end up downstairs on the sofa. This was a great purchase for us!

I had a problem with my previous topper sinking. Customer service was very responsive and helped me get a new topper under warranty. Thank you for sticking behind your product and replacing the topper. I am happy to report that we are once again sleeping comfortably without sinking.

This was a split review. My wife loved it. It was the cush she wanted. For me, it was far too soft and hurt my neck, especially if I tried to use a pillow, even a flat pillow. The height difference was too much between where my shoulder sank on my side and where my head rested. We are returning the topper.

Perfect and worth the price. The smell takes about a week to completely go away. But after 48 hours it’s fine to put on the bed and just let it do its thing.

Finally found the solution to a good night’s sleep. After purchasing a new mattress I felt better but still had some aches due to scoliosis. Researching and finding this 3” mattress topper solved my back aches. So thank you for your great mattress topper!

I did A LOT of research that led me to Viscosoft. The 4” hybrid lux topper is amazing. Customer service and delivery also excellent. So many times customer service falls short, especially with online businesses. Not Viscosoft! I’m so impressed with them and ordering another topper this weekend for my dad. I highly recommend!
