Fast delivery. Had no issue in placing and receiving the order.

Smooth process and fast delivery!

Shipping was super fast! Great experience!!!

The topper added the cushioning we needed. It arrived quickly, and though it is heavy, it was easy to position on the bed.

Item was received very quickly and arrived sealed and factory fresh.

I'd give 5 stars except I had a shipping problem. UPS lost it, so it was about a week before I actually received item. I will say customer service rep was amazing and fixed the issue immediately. Love love love the mattress topper, so worth the wait!

Very good quality

shipping was lightening fast.

Have been sleeping a lot better with little shoulder aches and neck pains. Highly recommend this product.

The mattress topper delivery was as promised snd we were very appreciative.

After the first night, pain was less the next day. Progressively got even better, and one week out all pain is gone when I wake up! Very thankful.

My back doesn’t hurt when im trying to sleep now!!!!! Thank you!!

Great customer service - a partial order return was easy and the option to donate an opened blanket rather than return it was so satisfying.

Excellent product!

BEST EVER!!! COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! CAUTION: YOU MUST WAIT THE FULL 48 HRS BEFORE ASSESSING IT!!!!!

I have recommended the Lux Hybrid to everyone that I know. These last few nights I’ve literally slept so hard and wake up refreshed. I have not slept this good in a very long time and I have a very bad back. It’s helped with it so much, thank you all.
