Shipping was quick and easy, service was good when I needed to call customer service to clarify that the treats does not prioritize allergens that could be harmful to you or your child.
Didn't learn a particularly lot that was new; a lot of the recco's seemed simply in response to things I said were a potential health issue. Haven't really seen much improvement. Expensive. And every link on profile page works EXCEPT the one to contact customer service.
Very generic results and videos, recomendaciones are hard to understand. I specifically did this test for gas amd diahrea issues and no solutions or diagnostics where sent. They are only trying to sell me more probiotics. There recomendations are mor fiber more prebiotics, no tomatoe, and other things o have already tried with o avail. I was hoping they would find a specific bacteria or issue. Still stuck after all this
When I input my correct address the app gives me a suggestion. The suggested address is incorrect. I select 'Use my input'. It shows the correct address. Then I hit 'next' and my address is incorrect again. I did not find a way to fix this.
This product is excellent helped me get rid of c diff. Highly recommend to all who suffer with gut issues. Just wish it was a Lil less expensive . Definitely a great way to get healthy.

You have my age wrong. My birth year is 1967. You have me as being age 40 wiht a BioAge of 51. I am 58. I am also questioning the acuracy of your oral test. I have past history of dental decay but no decay for 30 plus years. I also have zero mouth/gum inflammation/gingivitis.
Wish I knew how to contact you with a question . Love what you did but you are lacking customer support .
It’s been almost 4 months since I sent in my samples and I still haven’t heard back from Viome. Still shows they’re waiting on my samples. Finding help through customer support is near impossible.
i’ve been waiting since September to get results and haven’t gotten any yet. You could never talk to anybody on the phone and everything is done by email and I never get any answers. I’m always referred back to my account.
I just took my 2nd test after 5 months of closely following my recommendations and taking the supplements. I never ate an avoid food and barely ate the minimize foods. My results are much worse and my bioage went up 5 years. Either the food recommendations were off, the supplements were off or the testing was off. I put a call into customer service and am waiting to hear back from a clinician.
I don’t know about the test results - but the complete lack of any customer service between payment and results is v frustrating. You cannot speak to an agent for love nor money so it seems. Just in one automated doom loop.
This is solely based on the time it takes to get these results back . I sent mine back 2. 5 weeks ago. Today it told me I would get them in 1 day and it just updated to 30 days. For the cost of this test I am livid. Use another company.
Probiotics don’t get/stay dissolved no matter how hard you try …. not so fun to have clumps of probiotic in your juice.
App not working for subscription
Overall I'm pleased with my experience. Any times I've had an issue it has been resolved. .
Don’t do it… if you want to cancel, the app won’t let you. I’ve been stuck for over 6 months pausing it and whenever I forget, I get charged and nothing I can do about it. I didn’t notice anything significantly change while I was using the supplements, biotics, or toothpaste regularly.
Nonexistent customer support. I completed the questionnaire the day I mailed in the sample but now my analysis is on hold because it says I need to complete the questionnaire. When I go to the questionnaire is as it is complete on both the app and website (104% complete strangely(. When I attempt to get support the useless chat bot sends me in a cycle of useless answers and then asks if I’d like to speak to an agent and when I request the agent the cycle starts over. If this company can’t write basic code to verify a form is complete how are they possibly writing code to analyze the stomach microbiome? I’m about ready to give up and dispute the charges for the 2 kits I ordered.
I have been trying to manage my subscription and canel all future supplements. I have tried on 3 different devices now and you guys are making it impossible! I have been following all the instructions to do so but keep getting nowhere. I am not happy. Please cancel my subscription and I will change my review. It should not have to be this hard
