The report was slow in getting here and I am still waiting for the supplements, but it is a life line I am hoping comes through.

Shipping was great. The labs to some time but it was in the timeframe plus we had some holidays around that time.

Receiving the kit was timely. Processing time once shipped back was as estimated. The app is very user friendly. I am currently awaiting the creation of my supplements and pre/probiotics and look forward to receiving those each month.

This a farse. You’re recommending me to ENJOY all the food I’m highly sensitive to it, specifically, gluten, lactose, including cow milk , all nightshades but you are encouraging me to Enjoy them. Please reimburse me forthwith.

Sadly can’t get my results as it states I have to complete my questionnaire which is already completed. Contacted customer service but no response.

The app is chock full of data and useful information for health improvement. I think the recipe section is very thoughtful. Easy to reorder tests and supplements.

I don't like my results as they are not scientific, they don't provide you with explanation which bacteria do what . The impressive list of microbes is not trustworthy as it seems to be picked at random, not from sequencing. The health score are just some numbers, no explanation on how they come about and no advice how to improve it, just general overview. Recommendation for good biodiversity in gut is to add more bugs. Why?

I spent $750 to be told not to eat white rice, dayes, sugar and oats!!! I was not eating those anyway. No other information, just a list of supplements I should buy from Viome!!

Their test missed the fact that I lack the bacteria to process oxalates due to gut disbiosis. Many of their suggested foods are high in oxalates which further inflamed my gut.

Definitely some perks but this is really only designed to sell you supplements. I wanted the actual numbers not their scores and there is no way to download one report. Definitely wouldn't bother. Have your real doc do it. Every single line seems to be about selling you something.

The testing part was easy. However, the program does not give me what I need, which is a list of all the foods that I should and should not eat all in one. Easy to find place. I find this app very difficult to use in a practical sense

This product is a scam. Don't even wast your time and money. The results are very generic, they do not provide an actionable goals. They only try to sell you incredibly overpriced supplements. Terrible, terrible product.
