Total waste of money. I thought I’d get an in-depth analysis of my gut my home and what I can do to help my IBS. I didn’t.
I was really excited to take this full body test after seeing the results my friends and family experienced — particularly around gut health. Unfortunately, once my results came in, that excitement faded fast. I don’t trust the results I received, especially the BioAge and health zone readings. I’ve taken similar tests before, and while results are never exactly 1:1, mine were nowhere close to what I’d expect. Something was clearly off. When I reached out to support to explain my concerns and ask about a retest, I was essentially met with a dismissive response and no real resolution. For the price they’re charging, this level of service and accuracy is unacceptable. If you’re going to offer a health diagnostic service, you need to take it seriously — especially when a customer is flagging that something doesn’t seem right. Would not recommend.

I think the test is great. I would like info on how things change without a large intestine, which is my case.

The service that Viome provides is very helpful in learning about nutrition . I believe the supplements are accurate. The Health agent service is very informative and provides menu suggestions which I find to be a great service.
If there were 10 stars, I would give this company 10 stars. Outstanding preventative measures, quality testing, and professional customer support.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Hard to navigate results, couldn’t print them out to review and not able to ask anyone questions. Just suggested to purchase $300 in supplements
Viome has been helpful every step of the way.
Product is too complicated and feels like a sales pitch to get rest of the products.
So far so Good. I should get Supplements in few days. Can’t wait to see how I feel on them
It has not been helpful. Suggestions don’t match allergies and sensitivities. They are not responsive to questions (form responses that do nit match the questions) I feel ripped off
I tried to readh out to Customer Service to get some specific info before making any further purchases, but the link on the website did not work, nor could I find a phone number anywhere on the website. In reading reviews, the main complaint was bad customer service. . . . . hmmm.
So far I am enjoying the app and reading the things I need to continue to do!
