Not impressed.

waiting over two months for a consult has forced me to pay a nutrition expert to help decipher the results, as the page hoping is not easy to navigate

Very good company, with thorough results, unfortunately the turn around time is so long that we haven’t even gotten the products yet to see how everything will work.

I wouldn’t recommend this service. I honestly don’t think it’s worth the $300 I paid—especially since the price dropped to $200 just a week later. I reached out to the company to see if they could honor the new price, but they denied my request. As for the results, they mainly suggested foods that are already part of my regular diet, so I didn’t find the information helpful or insightful. It felt more like an attempt to push supplements rather than provide accurate or personalized results. Overall, I don’t think this service delivers enough value for the cost.

I didn’t find the test useful at all as results are not relevant and it is not clear what biomarkers are looked at so I can’t even discuss with my doctor. Seems that it was a marketing hype

Total waste of money. I thought I’d get an in-depth analysis of my gut my home and what I can do to help my IBS. I didn’t.

I was really excited to take this full body test after seeing the results my friends and family experienced — particularly around gut health. Unfortunately, once my results came in, that excitement faded fast. I don’t trust the results I received, especially the BioAge and health zone readings. I’ve taken similar tests before, and while results are never exactly 1:1, mine were nowhere close to what I’d expect. Something was clearly off. When I reached out to support to explain my concerns and ask about a retest, I was essentially met with a dismissive response and no real resolution. For the price they’re charging, this level of service and accuracy is unacceptable. If you’re going to offer a health diagnostic service, you need to take it seriously — especially when a customer is flagging that something doesn’t seem right. Would not recommend.

This has been unpleasant the four months it took to get results for somone 20 years younger than me . its like you dont even try

I wouldn’t recommend it. Hard to navigate results, couldn’t print them out to review and not able to ask anyone questions. Just suggested to purchase $300 in supplements
