I would normally rate you as great But I would have to say bad right now because you said my order was delivered and twice I'm emailed you to tell you it was not delivered and no one is responding

No flavor ..... tastes like nothing.

I'm not happy at all the website said it was vegan and I have emailed these people three times the ad says it's 100% vegan which means 100vg and no artificial flavors but when I got my 70$ worth of juice it was only 90% vg and had artificial flavors and they won't give me a refund and I'm pretty upset about but I don't recommend velvet cloud I even asked if they could just give me the product that I thought I was buying still nothing haven't heard anything from them so be careful is what I say

Love the products except for the beard flavor all the rest vape easy and no irritation to the throat like other brands do.

Beautiful bottle. I received my order a while ago. The E-Liquid was advertised as 100% VG. But when I read the ingredients on the back of the bottle, it read 90% VG, 10% PG. Some people are allergic to PG. Stop false advertising you guys. Just make sure your ingredients match what you advertise.

Highly allergic to propylene glycol and this is a good option for now. Great flavor. Looking forward to your fully PG free flavors

The Burly Beard is great, but deliveries arrive much later than timeframe provided at purchase, and staff doesn't even reply to any support request about anything.

I am happy with the product I have been a customer for quite a while. That said, the product I have bought for since forever was out of stock. No big deal, totally get it. Over the course of a few weeks, I sent around 4-5 emails and messages to inquire when it would be stocked again. No one responded through any of the channels I reached out on, including the email they have listed right on the site. Not overly happy about the communication over the last few instances that I have tried to get support. But the product is solid, and I’ve appreciated the business for a while. So I’ll still go 5 stars even if I’m a little concerned regarding the communication, or lack thereof.

fantastic products. More mint fresh flavors please. Campfire is out of this world. Love that this all natural vape juice is available on the market. Wonderful flavors to explore. Wish there was a sample pack of smaller samples to taste all the flavors you have available.

Their 120 ml bottles are the worse I've ever used. Most places use the long slender bottles. Their easier to squeeze when filling your tank.. the short fat bottles VC uses are hard to squeeze .it's my only real complaint. Their juice is good quality. Of everyone will have their own taste preferences.

I LOVE White Beard; it has been my favorite flavor for nearly 13 years now.
