This review is for your company, not for your product, which is good. I have been emailing info@velvetcloud.com since July 21st asking when the unflavored juice in 3mg. would be back in stock. I also emailed aria@velvetcloud.com with the same question. I sent 4 emails in total WITH NO REPLY EVER!! I sent emails on" 7/21, 8/6, 8/12 and 9/9. Why keep asking me for a review if you have absolutely no regard for your customers except to take money from them?!? If you expect me to remain a customer, you must answer my email!

Unable to continue using this product. I developed a severe cough and chest congestion shortly after I started using this product.

Best E juice I've found, hands down! So glad y'all work hard at not putting a mixture of filth in your blends. Straying away from the Tobacco Free Nicotine (TFN) trends, very little to no PG & no artificial flavors or preservatives has been the no. 1 factor (& excellent pricing) as to why I've been a loyal supporter since 2019. I know the PMTA b. s. is beyond insane alongside many other factors & obstacles but I definitely would like to see even newer flavors created sometime soon. Mandarin orange, a sweet heart of a watermelon (not candy like) & some other ideas I can't think of right. Haven't got chance to try out your organic line yet but I'm sure it's wonderful. Keep up the outstanding job you provide for us all & never stop fighting for clean E juice! Much appreciated & have a blessed day.

Aside from one shipping mistake, I'm very pleased with your service. And I love your products!

My first order. Read each product description carefully and ordered one each of three flavors that were all advertised as having nothing artificial and only organic ingredients. When I received the order, I discovered one flavor actually has artificial flavor listed in the ingredients even though it also says organic in the box and bottle. I emailed support to inform them and request a refund based on the incorrect product information given before purchase. I never received a reply. So I’m out of pocket for that lie and also the flavors just aren’t good and the juice doesn’t vape well. Needless to say I won’t be a returning customer.

One of the few, ~100% VG with no artifical flavors. I found another website, but read Reddit reviews of them never shipping. . . so i didn't even try. Guess i'm just stuck here forever! Pandamomium and shasta mint do look like fun!
