As much as I Love the Harvest Berry flavor, you were out of it for 3 months and your customer service dept. needs some work. I tried to ask how long it would be out of stock with no response, I then bought another flavor which I didn't care for at all. I was returning it in time and you said I could return it and I sent it back to the address that is listed for returns on your web-site and UPS tried 3 times to return it. It finally was sent back to me & I threw it away. I was e-mailing consistently during this to try to find where to send it or what to do and I had absolutely NO response, I spent a lot of money on that order just for it to be thrown away

This company is great. Their shipping is so quick and Night Shift is so delicious. It is my all day vape. Keep up the good work!

So glad I found velvet cloud. I have a sensitivity to PG. It’s hard to find high quality VG e-liquid at my local vape stores. Just placed my second order with them. The flavor is superb. Never smoked menthol before but I went out on a limb and tried Mount Shasta frost and I love it. Delivery and packaging was excellent.

I tried nutty cookies this time. I love it!!! Such great flavor. And I enjoy knowing it’s not as bad for you as some vape juices. Only problem is this bottle leaks. So I can not keep it in my purse, and I’m sad that I’m losing juice every time I fill my bottle up.

Finding a PG free is damn best impossible here in the u. s. Great job! Will there be more choices coming?

Love the burley beard. Great flavor. Couldn't get much flavor at all from the icy peach rings. Dark colored vape liquid is better in my opinion. Overall great products

The menthol is alright, but the PB&J doesn't taste like PB or J

Vaping Velvet Cloud juices since the beginning !

This juice taste like muscadine grapes. It has a bitter, yet sweet, taste that is hard for me to stomach.

I’ve been using this company for years. The juice doesn’t give me a hacking cough and I get satisfaction when I vape.

My local store closed down unexpectedly over a year ago. Since then, I’ve been looking for a flavor that compares. Crisp Apple is the one for me! Please don’t stop making it and maybe sell in 120mL. Love this flavor and Velvet Cloud.
