So far I have received zero responses to my 2 emails that I have sent to Velvet Cloud. I sent one weeks ago, and another about a week ago. Two different subjects, no response for either. The e-liquid I bought, (Mewlew’s Magic) states on the box that it has no artificial flavors. I bought the e-liquid specifically because of that feature. The ingredients label for the e-liquid (on the box) says it contains artificial flavors. Which is true?!?! A response email is definitely needed from Velvet Cloud!

Smooth draw easy on the throat with a flavor much like a comfort food.

The after taste is horrible I ordered the vanilla custard and it tastes nothing like custard and the after taste is horrendous . Worst money I've ever spent on vape juice. And the refund policy SUCKS. SINCE ITS OPENED,NO REFUND

I am an experienced Italian vaper and well-acquainted with Velvet Cloud products, having tested and reviewed them a few years ago on a prominent Italian vaping blog. This year, as a Christmas treat, I decided to repurchase some Velvet Cloud eliquids after a long time. To ensure timely delivery before Christmas, I ordered well in advance. On November 21, I received the tracking number for my shipment, but since November 26, there have been no updates. The last update indicated that the package was en route to Milan Malpensa Airport in Italy. I’ve written two emails to the Velvet Cloud team, simply asking if they had any additional information about my shipment (given that it’s being handled by USPS), but I have yet to receive a reply. I was hoping to leave a positive review, but under these circumstances, I find it impossible—and I’m unsure whether I’ll even receive my package.

Tried lot of flavors from velvet cloud. Smooth tasty and not too sweet. Just enough flavoring. My favorites ADV are Blue Beard and Catherine the Grape. I use an rda and drip. Smooth dense tasty vapor. Great job velvet cloud Great job velvet cloud
