How did you do? You haven't even "done" yet. No product. 20 days. One delivery promise broken. No follow up. $4,000 later, I'm still waiting.

I have to say the overall experience with Vari was excellent. The packaging of each item was well designed to ensure there would be no damage to the desk and related parts. I had one return which was handled promptly and I was able to replace it with the wire management tray which works perfectly. (I purchased the a wire management device that after seeing it I realized it wasn’t going to work in my home office). Real person customer service was excellent, no BS just good service!

Very happy with my experience. My appliance came quickly and was mostly easy to set up. I wish there were more accurate measurements and photos online- this unit should have fit perfectly at my desk but ended up being oversized.
