I had two hiccups, and they have resolved. One is that my first Active Seat was lost in shipping. The other was that, when one finally did arrive, the seat was set esque, and there is no way to reset it to face forward or in the direction it should. As I mentioned, both problems were resolved, and I am enjoying my stools (I bought one for home and one for the office).

I'm in Texas so it came extremely fast. Everything was easy to assemble and I was up and running in less than an hour.

The desk is nice but it’s a bit wobbly still and I don’t understand and the instructions didn’t work to setup the height preferences.
