Hands down the best customer service I have ever had.

i didnt get a call back on my experience just an excuse in an email after spending 50k

Received wrong product. Then had to wait a week to receive correct product. Then assembled desk and noticed that one of the holes that the pre-assembled control panel bracket screws into is too large for the screw, making the control panel unforgivably wobbly. Contacted Vari and they said my tabletop is out of stock, so they offered me 15% refund instead. Not sure if I'll be purchasing from Vari again.

The overall buying experience was excellent. Ordering was quick and straightforward, shipping was on time, and the desk arrived as expected with no issues. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again
