I bought this as a gift shipping was a mess 1st of all, I did not gift this to who it was originally for due to how late I received this. But the feedback was not good the mini roller is flimsy and cheaply made the water reservoir leaves water in the compartment getting a nasty smell like an iron leaving you to steam ur face with what smells like a water hose lol and the mirror is sheer madness with how cheap it feels I believe these items are marketed for kids, everything I truly feel is garbage I want my money back

I was told my order would be sent out the first week in December. I received no updates until I inquired close to Christmas and was told it was on back order. I sent two emails with so slow response times and general responses. Very disappointed. The item was ordered on 11/29 and received on 12/28. After Christmas. I will no longer do business with your company. .

I ordered 6 of these, and not one of them came with a body brush or the correct case to storage the body brush if I were to have one. I have emailed them twice about it and still no response on my 6 missing body brushes. I would’ve given this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the those issues. Because overall the brushes feel great.

I will be writing an official review and disputing my credit card asap

To this day I still have not gotten reimbursed or item replaced … box arrived crushed open and one of two items missing. I wasn’t home when it was delivered so didn’t have the opportunity to refuse the delivery. Instead I’m still trying to fix this problem. Unfortunately this was a Xmas gift. Now I’m hesitant to purchase any future items, It’d be really whole lot easier if there was a phone number to call customer service

Only part of my order was shipped. I’ve contacted customer service several times and they keep telling me the rest of the order will ship soon but it has been over a month. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They will not give me a shipping date or a refund. I am very frustrated. This is my first and last time purchasing from your company.

Generic communication. Shipping times shifted AFTER ordering. Would be nice if you had a customer service phone number to call an actual person. Makeup brushes in order - ends fell off five different brushes in set.

I am very pleased with the device I purchased to incorporate in my skincare regimen.

So I purchased the bundle of Aira and Exfora with the replacement fillers. The Aira works ok so far but the Exfora doesn't seems to be charging!? I like to continue both but now I'm not sure to just return the Exfora or the whole bundle.
