Trying to return item and have not heard back in at least a week

The scale arrived in a broken state. I won't blame the shipping, but the packaging. When glass is involved more effort should be put toward wrapping the item prior to putting it in its box. Take some pointers from Renpho scales' packaging.

I purchased the sonic electronic toothbrush and immediately upon opening realized the ultraviolet light bulb is not working. I have spent the last two weeks trying to contact customer service to let them know my brand new machine is not working. They have been awful to work with and nobody is responding to me. Beware of spending your money with this company because you will not get it back!

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had shopping online hands down. My wife wanted a face steamer from you guys for Christmas. She sent me a link and a promo code. I realized right after I placed the order I forgot to use the promo code. I emailed you guys immediately and asked if you could do a price adjustment or add the promo Code to my order. If not I wanted to cancel my order and I would just re order it. The code took off like 70% so it was kind of a big deal. I received an e mail quickly telling me you wouldn’t adjust the price nor would you cancel my order. This was all with in 15 mins of me ordering it btw. I was told all I could do was Send it back or refuse delivery. I found out a few days later it even says in your website orders can be cancelled with in an hour or placing. So that was a lie. I looked The next day at your website and the item I paid $113 for was now priced at half that. Literally the day after I ordered it. So not only did I unfairly have to pay full price, you wouldn’t honor your own promo code, cancel my order, do a price adjustment the price. You also dropped The item price. This was absolutely absurd. Then I went on Amazon and bought it there for $49. I finally received the item and e mailed with you guys for two Weeks before you would send me A return slip to send it back. You held my hostage with this thing for weeks. Your products are good, your service is absolutely terrible and I highly suggest getting some new customer service reps and policy’s in place asap.

I’ve used this almost every other day since purchasing. I love how my skin tone has improved. As an added bonus, this works well to combat migraine headaches. I’ve only used distilled water but am anxious to try essential oil.

Love everything I ordered!

I purchased the travel mirror and makeup brushes and when I went to use the makeup brushes, half of them were broke. Meaning the brush head came completely off of the handle. It doesn’t even look like they were glued at all!

Second time using it and the water piece broke. No one has responded to my inquiry on replacement part. Probably would have loved it but the lack of communication is slightly irritating.

Ordered a product less than a month ago and it broke - reached out to IG DM bc I bought it over IG and they were so responsive and helpful, problem solved! 5 stars! Quick and speedy

I wanted to use this, but it leaked. Every time I put water in the tank and but it back in the machine it leaked straight through the machine bottom. I wanted to return it to get my money back, but couldn’t find where to do that… so…
