This product lasted a month then completely went out on me. It says it lasts a month of battery life and it kept dying within a week then it finally gave out on me. I contacted customer service and they will not help at all they don’t even care that it broke they told me they will not do anything for me so please do not buy any of these products it’s a huge waste of money u will be disappointed if u buy them

I have been in correspondence with this company for over a week and they have yet to provide a resolution. I bought a toothbrush and it came with three heads so there was no way that I could find out that they aren’t selling the replacement heads within the 30 day return window. I explained this to the customer service representative, who totally understands and said that she would be frustrated too, but still to no avail. I am not able to talk to a manager on the phone as they don’t provide phone support and per company policy. I was using my face steamer I got last Christmas and it made a loud popping sound and turned red for a second like the inside of it exploded while I was using it. So upset because it was my favorite.

I ordered and received my Raedia Facial Cleansing Brush in December 2021. When I first made the purchase it said that it was supposed to come with a body brush. I never got a body brush. My order only came with 3 facial brushes. I didn’t want to make a big deal so I decided to keep it even though I didn’t get what I was promised. Now almost 4 months later and my brush won’t work at all. At first I thought it needed new batteries but it still won’t turn on. I am extremely disappointed that I didn’t get the full order and that now my product has completely stopped working after just a couple of months. I need my brush replaced and I need the full product that I initially ordered that includes a body brush.

Don't think - just buy it! The best facial steamer out there. Skin feels rejuvenated and refreshed after each session. Easy to use and adorable. Love Vanity Planet and Honest!

After using the facial steamer and the skin scraper for a few weeks now, Im so glad I spent the money :) it was worth it for the quality alone, these pieces will last a long time! When taken care of well that is.. i would highly recommend!

I honestly see more of a difference with just using a sugar scrub. There was no flakes of skin in the filter after using and the temporary redness in my skin quickly went away leaving my face the same as before treatment. Tried it for about 4 weeks.

A wonderful way to get your glow going is to use the Vanity Planet steamer. I purchased two and gifted my daughter one. It’s a great way to treat your skin before applying your serum or moisturizer.

I am so impressed by this face steamer. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and is small enough to store without taking up much space. Most importantly though, it just feels wonderful! Especially with winter dryness, this steamer has been so helpful for me. It makes it much easier to exfoliate and my skin has been so much soften since I began using this. I’ve noticed it’s helped with my chapped lips and dry eyes also! I could not recommend enough.

Once I got the item going it worked well. The instructions leave MUCH to be desired. I had to watch YouTube videos to learn how to open it. I almost broke it trying to pop the “top” but it actually pulls out. Also, the instructions do not tell you how to turn it on and what the lights mean. I thought it was broken because the light would flash and then stop. I’m still figuring it out but I think it just flashes while the water is heating. I get saving money but how much does it cost to have detailed instructions. But again, once it got going, it worked really nice. I’ve only used it once so I’ll see if it stands the test of time.
