Works great

This is my third dazzle pro I purchased from your company in the last 2 years. My husband and I purchased 2 last year. After almost a year of having it - the light inside cracked - everything else was working fine but I decided to buy a new one after the holidays because I wasn’t sure if it was properly sanitizing it with the light cracked. I purchased the same one and once we received it and plugged it in the light wouldn’t work. My husband took the light bulb out of the old one and replaced it in my new one and it worked. Once I started using it , I noticed that everytime I would take the toothbrush head off of the handle , I had to pull really hard to get it to come off, almost to the point that I am afraid I am going to break it by pulling it off. I cannot afford to buy another one and I never had this problem with my old one and my husband doesn’t have this problem with his. I’m not sure what to do to fix this , maybe it was a malfunction when it was manufactured, but regardless, it is very disappointing spending the money again and not being satisfied with the product. I am just continuing using it , hoping that something doesn’t snap off or break due to me pulling so hard on it to remove the toothbrush head. If you have any advise on what to do to help this , I would greatly appreciate it.

I purchased this steamer because my skin needs more help due to mask wearing. I've been getting monthly facials. I think this steamer is just as good as the one used where I get my facial. It's amazing. So impressive. Thank you

I haven’t even used the product because it has been broken since the first time I got it. They said they need to check the warranty. Umm I have never used it and it has been broken

This was a gift for my wife and it took both of us looking at it to try and figure out where it opens to fill with water. There is no label, arrows, or anything and the actual cover is hard to remove when it's brand new. I had to slightly pry the cover to see what direction it moves in. From there I was able to slide it up, but it was challenging. It would be helpful to add a picture of how to open it in the instructions and some sort of sticker indicating that you have to push and slide the cover up. Besides that, I think it's fine. Thank you

The Tona I received will not stay together at all. I enjoy this item in concept, and it has good power, but the threads are not strong enough to keep it together. When I screw one end, the other pops off. If it holds for a brief time, if I touch it or use it, it comes apart. Hopefully they are not all like this!

I love it! I am amazed at how it has changed the texture of my skin. I like the fact that you have different heads to choose from. My makeup even looks better because my skin is so smooth!

UV light doesn’t work and customer service has been unresponsive

Love the scalp massager, it works wonderfully! The only problem is it makes a rattling noise when you turn on the power. Other than that, love it!
