Whole House Filtration without the hassles.

After a tremendous amount of research comparing brands, systems, warranties, and real-world reviews, we decided on the Flexx-HD Economy Metered Water Softener from US Water Systems — and it has exceeded all of our expectations. We live in the Palm Springs area where the water is extremely hard, and the difference has been immediate. Our water now feels cleaner and softer, dishes and fixtures no longer spot up the same way, and even our skin and hair feel noticeably better. What really sold us was the build quality and reputation of the Fleck control valve system. We wanted something reliable, serviceable, and built to last — not a flashy dealer-marketed system with expensive proprietary parts. The Flexx-HD checked every box. The system arrived well packaged, high quality, and exactly as described. It’s efficient, quiet, and performs flawlessly. We also appreciated that US Water Systems was transparent and knowledgeable without high-pressure sales tactics. If you are overwhelmed trying to compare water softeners like we were, this system is absolutely worth serious consideration. So far, we could not be happier with our decision.

Filters are working fine. I have seen a very disappointing drop off in ability to contact tech and sales by telephone. I called repeatedly over a 2 month period and was only able to get a computer or machine that tells me your support team is experiencing higher volume levels and will return my call. Either they did not call back or called back from a number that is not in my contact list therefore it did not ring my phone. Unfamiliar phone number rejected. In the past your people were able to call me back when necessary. I was one step from ordering filters from another source before I finally made contact. I will convert to another system if necessary. I bragged on your customer service team for years. I can’t do that any longer if this telephone situation does not improve by my next filter order

Called and got the help I needed to purchase a system.

Had to return 3 carbon filters as they were not compatible with my filter housing. US Water Systems did not cover the return shipping and so had to pay $100 to ship them back to their facility from CA. Also, was only giving 10 days for the items to get back otherwise there would be a restocking fee. Would be nice if they had a better return policy.

I know that the instructions say that getting results could take up to 8 days. Our water as apparently so bad that we had color changes in the IRB and SRB in 12 hours. By the 8th day, we had seen the development of air bubbles, rings of bacteria (pellicles) develop that would form, drop and stack into biofilm at the bottom (flocculent debris). It helped us show the local Environment Health department the state of our water that the landlord had claimed was OK for months. Thank you for such an easy to use and efficient test. Highly recommended test!

More expensive than bulk commodity type but does not degrade like the cheaper stuff. Well worth the money. In fact have it on automatic shipping.

We bought this anti-scalant injection system for our RO system to help resolve some scaling issues we were having. It arrived on time, and there was only a small tubing issue, which the company resolved quickly. They even sent an extra tube. The system is working great so far, and we are very satisfied with both the product and the customer service.
