Great company to purchase a water system from. They made the whole experience effort less. Shipping was fast and cheap. Customer service is top notch. Everybody I talked to on the phone seemed like an expert and was able to answer every question I had. Even when I called before I had purchased anything.

On 12/29/25 I placed an order for some tubing. They immediately charged my CC and sent me a confirmation email. On 1/6/26, after over a week with no notice of the tubing being shipped I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I received a confirmation email of the cancellation stating that I would receive my refund in 7-14 days. Well today is 01/23/26 and still no refund. I have emailed several times inquiring about it and to be fair I have received replies each time stating they have opened a ticket and are looking into it. Communication is okay with this company but execution is HORRIBLE. I do not recommend them.

The Water Logix water test was done within a week and gave us a comprehensive overview of all of the contents of our well water. This was a helpful tool in determining what products we would need to make our well water safe to drink and use.

Shipping got out almost on time. It was shipped a couple days late but it was shipped complete and everything was intact and ready to install.

Buying from US Water Systems was a really easy process. Even when I had a question, I was able to easy chat with Colton Bex and he answered everything. It was a really great experience. Order process took a few days but I assume it's because I ordered during Black Friday so I imagine that they had a big flood of orders. Everything arrived nicely packed and without any dents or scratches.
