My name is Carlos …. I have been an HVAC tech for 24 years … I have called many manufacturers and spoke to many tech support people…. Your tech support VANCE DAVIS . . was amazing … very patient, knowledgeable and walked me through everything with a lot of patience…. What really surprised me … I called the 1 800 line … and I never even spoke to somebody , I actually hung up the phone because I thought it was closed …. He called me back and ask if I called …. Like I said I’ve called many manufacturers… if I lose phone service or hang up…. They never call back … Also I had a leak when we were testing the drain line, so I told him I need to fix first … it was late at night , so I told him I’ll call in he morning… he told me text the number he told me to send picture(so he can see what kind of unit I have ) and just put his name on it … and he said will get back to me…. . I did that in the morning… he said he will call in 20 min( was with other customer)… an he did call… Very good experience…. Like I said I’m a technician…. Very hard to talk to somebody on a phone with the patience he had …. Very good tech support….

They're very helpful over the phone, kinda responsive via email, a bit argumentative when something gets damaged in shipping, the shipping speed makes paint drying look like lightening and will lie about it (ordered the filter and it took 15 days just for it to be shipped, not delivered, shipped). The filer price was extraordinarily high $80 plus shipping and must be replaced every year or more frequently. Lord forbid you need to return an item. They must review your request to return an item, a board must then approve the return, return shipping is your own expense, they deduct a restocking fee from your refund amount. Sounds crazy eh? Everything I listed is absolutely true with zero exaggeration. Expect my review to be deleted, just watch.
