I installed this system for my mom 90 years of age she lives next to me the system is probably 5 years old. the one filter housing started to leak so I replaced the o ring my mom use to go to the store and fill up a 5 gallon jug because she had a water cooler but this reverse osmosis system is so much better I replace her filters every year. I love my mom

The tests where simple enough to use, the test went well other than the iron sulfide that didn't do anything, so I ordered another one. Got a detailed report and recommendation after sending the kit in. Will get the system ordered as soon as I save up enough since I hadn't planned to spend $7k on a system.

The test results were very thorough. Had a printout of all the stuff they tested for. Lots of different metals and some bacteria stuff. Only question I have is they had a self-test where I was supposed to put this packet in water and leave it sit for 7 to 14 days and change colors to a bad color but there was no answers to. What do I do with this test.

Great Product. I Ordered two bags. They arrived in the manufacturers original thick/heavy plastic bag. Each 50 lb. bag was individually boxed in heavy cardboard for protection and arrived in perfect condition. I would certainly recommend US Water systems. I rate my experience as 5 of 5.

Watch out for this company I think they are trying to scam me out of a refund for a fully authorized return. They sent me the wrong size stenner tubes when I ordered them from a representative, so they offered me a return authorization and I sent back. They won't issue me any refund they keep giving me the runaround, after several phone calls and emails, beware.

I called multiple times over a week. Shipping will take 10 days if it even gets here Monday. It’s been delayed multiple times . I have called through the week and have been told multiple times I’d get calls back and haven’t . I got a screen shot about a delivery when I asked for tracking number and confirmation. I had someone lined up to install it and have had to reschedule multiple times because of shipping delays and little communication or help from the company when it came to helping me follow up on tracking . I called today and spoke with Josie matinez and specifically requested a call back and never got one . When I spoke with Tim about my tracking on Wednesday, he said he would follow up and I’ll I got was a screen shot from Josie. Tim never followed up/. I could not get ahold of either representative on Thursday . I Do not recommend this company if you want your product you’ve paid for in a timely manner.
