I recently purchased an under-the-sink reverse osmosis system from US Water. The system was easy to install, it’s well-built, and my water tastes amazing. Do yourself a favor and pick one up for clean water at the tap.

Order confirmed, then complete silence. I had to repeatedly chase customer service by phone and email for updates, eventually cancelling and buying elsewhere because I needed the part urgently. I’m still waiting for my refund and have been told it could take up to 14 days. Poor communication, poor service, and a waste of time.
