I did not know the sanitizing and syringe are no longer available because it was found out customers were not using them. well I appreciated the syringe and I sanitized my system every year because it is recommended. sad because some people did not use them now the good people that did use them have to pay the penalty

Have the Defender RO for over 3 years now. TDS average is 2000 at well. When it runs takes down to 26. Have not changed RO membrane in the 3 years. Just the UV Light, filter . Got the 15 gallon treatment tank for membrane. Not needed to change part for it either. Great working system. Spotless dishes, dishwasher, and washing machine.
