This product works great. Installation was made super simple with the supplied materials, I only wish they provided more tubing to allow for easier routing under the cabinet. I had to buy more myself but it ended up working out. I have had this for 10 months and have had zero issues with it once installed, and my water is drinkable now. Also connecting this to my refrigerator was super easy.

Filters are working fine. I have seen a very disappointing drop off in ability to contact tech and sales by telephone. I called repeatedly over a 2 month period and was only able to get a computer or machine that tells me your support team is experiencing higher volume levels and will return my call. Either they did not call back or called back from a number that is not in my contact list therefore it did not ring my phone. Unfamiliar phone number rejected. In the past your people were able to call me back when necessary. I was one step from ordering filters from another source before I finally made contact. I will convert to another system if necessary. I bragged on your customer service team for years. I can’t do that any longer if this telephone situation does not improve by my next filter order
