Have the Defender RO for over 3 years now. TDS average is 2000 at well. When it runs takes down to 26. Have not changed RO membrane in the 3 years. Just the UV Light, filter . Got the 15 gallon treatment tank for membrane. Not needed to change part for it either. Great working system. Spotless dishes, dishwasher, and washing machine.

We have never had a problem with the filters and reverse osmosis parts that we've ordered. I'm glad there is a place that we can count on for quality items.

Good quality filter. Easy to replace, fit perfectly, and quality is apparent in the design and structure. Happy as a clam with my water softener and filter combo! My only complaint is that it should really come with a little tube of silicon to grease the o-rings. A $60 filter, plus shipping, merits a single-serving silicon grease packet you ask me.

We are on a well with good water. Tested. Before this filter things would need work occasionally. Like the washer and coffee machine. The coffee machine always got filtered water but often had problems. After this filter all our issues have disappeared. Just replaced the . 5 micron filter and it was full of dirt, dark in color, and sand. Never knew all this was in the water. Long story short, installing this filter is worth every penny. Good luck
