Recently moved from a 2500GA holding tank for my well to a 25k tank for the well and rain water. I installed the system pre - water softener (10 yr old fleck 7000) and used the opportunity to take the softener apart, clean it and install new substrate. The install was straight forward and only needed to contact support once on the Pulsar UV controller which was straightened out quickly. Couldn’t be happier and seems no drop in water pressure.

We got the whole house softener and filter setup. My son in law and I installed it and programmed it with no problem in less than a day. I had one tech question and they responded quickly and I realized I didn’t quite understand the instructions for the app. But it was quickly answered and the system is working perfectly. I’m very happy with it and the company and will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a new system. 😀
