Purchased the Bodyguard Whole House Filtration & Green Wave Salt Free Alternative System for $3,200 that came with the Interceptor 222 filter for ($170. 00). Was told this filter would work good on this system. Only 1 month into the new install, our water pressure / flow rate, dropped significantly. When I called, US water systems told me I would need a less dense filter (Magna) for another $80. 00. The only thing not happy with, they did not offer any discount for recommending a filter that was way more expensive that only lasted a month of service.

I was looking for a system that would be better then what Costco offers and at a better price. I had a good initial conversation and they told me it would take 1 week to ship (at a cost of $300+). It took 3 weeks to get here and the 16 wheeler had issues getting the truck to my neighborhood (The lift broke down and it took 1. 5 hours to get the unit off the truck). Had some issues with the install and asked for Spanish support (a call back), but they never called me back. Also, the install instructions didn't come in Spanish and limited pictures. Overall not happy with process. I think I would have paid more and just got the complete job done by Costco.

US Water systems provides quality water filtration material. I used KDF to custom create my own filter. I spent less than a filter with housing would cost and I got to use double the filtration material thanks to US water systems. Grateful that they exist!

Expensive but very informative. Provided results for many contaminants. Easy to take the sample and return for results.
