Great! The shipping speed could be much improved. Wasn’t in a rush so wasn’t a problem but I can see it causing others some anxiety.

I love the brand and I love the packaging. These look beautiful on a nightstand or vanity. The travel fragrances are heavy and durable. The concept of the name is so different and unique that it’s nice to have something that when people see it in my house they ask about it. I had one travel spray leak on its way to me and I did email about it. I didn’t get a response but continued to order more things. There are a few full bottles I’d like to purchase but would like to see if there’s a bundle deal any time soon.

When I placed my order via Instagram, I was so excited. After 10 days I sent a DM on Instagram to check on the status of the order. The customer care person reached out and found the order. She was surprised it had been that long. . . She apologized and sent a couple of lovely extras with my order. I was a bit hesitant to order again. But, small businesses are important and I try to always support them first. I placed another order on January 31, 2024 through your app. So far. . . No news on shipping. Hopefully it's because you are super busy!? Like I said, I'm giving honesty, constructive feedback. It's an opportunity for your company.
