Special shoutout to Tasha, their Customer Experience Manager, whose lightning-fast, friendly email responses made every interaction smooth and pleasant. If you value attentive service alongside decent scents, this brand won’t disappoint.

I was sent the wrong item, Who is Elijah immediately corrected the error, expedited correct item and I received it within a couple of days. Will continue to do business with them.
