Perfumer's nightmare, I had a leaker show up in one order, I sent a quick email and the issue was acknowledged and solved in one response email, within the hour! I couldn't believe the high level of service I got! Makes me feel very confident buying knowing any issues will be immediately solved!

Great company. I love the scents, I love the sample sizes, as well as the multiple size options for ordering. What I love most is the discovery set! Very little use of plastics! The only thing I thought was missing, is a bottle recycling program of sorts. Love!!!

Overall, great. I’m a repeat customer. I wish shipping time was better and more deals offered to repeat clients. I have found my favorite “designer” scents with your products and find I like these better too though the prices don’t reflect that.
