Amazing color and style! However my lid keeps leaking which really is a bummer because I wanted to give 5 stars:(

Your company has a terrible return policy/customer service approach. It is basically “you made your purchase, and we will use a cheery tone of voice to ask you about it, but we will not help you. ”Your company website oversold me an extra strap (already provided) AND a rubber sleeve cushion that didn’t fit the bottle I was buying. I’m not complaining about the product water bottle - a gift requested specifically. I am complaining that you don’t have the courtesy to read a legitimate product/purchase emails or to do the most simple thing. Please credit me for a product you sent me that obviously didn’t fit the bottle I was buying.

This is a really great bottle that keeps my water cool. Unfortunately it is not as stain proof as I though as I purchased the button lid and it leaves a lippy mark whenever I drink out of it! Apart from this minor feedback, I really appreciate the material and quality of this bottle and will highly recommend it to anyone looking to go sustainable!

Excellent! I love it!

My daughters loved their new bottles, but does complain a little about a bit of metallic taste in the water from the metal straw.

Service and shipping was excellent.

Great flip lid wouldn’t purchase any other brand

Overall service was great the only down side was the gift not same color
