If you’re after a true chocolate brown, this bottle is not it. I’d go as far as saying Frank Green has simply renamed their original Merlot colour “Chocolate Brown” and called it a day. I already own a Merlot coffee mug, and the two colours are virtually identical. When I compare the bottle to a true chocolate brown bag I own and my new Burgundy iPhone 18, the bottle looks far more like a burgundy/merlot shade than chocolate brown. To be clear, from a quality and functionality perspective, the bottle itself is great. That has never been my gripe. My issue is purely the colour and the fact that it doesn’t match what I would reasonably expect from something described as chocolate brown. When I raised my concerns about the colour, I was offered a change of mind return, meaning I would have to pay the return shipping and postage of a different colour bottle. I don’t consider this a change of mind when my issue is that the colour I received does not match the colour it was advertised as. So, if you’re specifically looking for a genuine chocolate brown, I would skip this colour. If you want a burgundy shade, however, you may be very happy with it.

I absolutely love it! I take it to work with me all the time and have gotten so many compliments on it.

The lid top is faulty. Doesn’t release easily with one hand.

No one says that the grip and sip lid is sold separately even if youre in the section that says grip and sip lid bottle.

color looked completely different on the website. a $50+ water bottle should be returnable. not to mention it struggles to keep water with ice cold for more than 2 hours. .

The button spout mechanism feels unsanitary. My thumb needs to touch the mouth piece every time I want to drink and its put me off using the bottle entirely. Unfortunate as I think the rest of the bottle is well designed.

I have not received my purchase after one month

LOVE the waterbottle so adorable. Very upset and my fault completely ive dropped it a bunch of times and just got some scratches of the paint off. So excited to use more and I clean once a week and haven’t seen mold yet like other Frank waterbottle users have seen. I did notice that the inside water bottle part actually moves around and that doesn’t seem good. But love everything.

It’s cute but it leaks and straw gets stuck. You have to pry it open. 2/5 don’t recommend
