Straw doesn't work

I like it! When the description said ceramic lined, I was expecting more of a porcelain lining, and the lining seems pretty thin which worries me about chipping and scratching. I’ll have to see how it holds up. Also the lid mechanism is not easy to reassemble. Tricky. But I love that I can take it apart and clean it throughly. My review could changes based on how the cup lasts. Price is high for what I feel I received. Again time will tell

My roommate loves your products. Sadly, I think $42 dollars for it is ridiculous. It's funny you ask for a product review. When the last request I received from your company whent to an unmonitored email. And was then told to contact the Australian branch of your company. I believe you have an over engineered product. That generates a mountain of cash and a large amount of waste, in a world whares costs and resources need to be reduced.

Was a good replacement lid. Original lid came without the rubber seal to stop it leaking. Would have been more environmentally friendly to have the seals replacable than to have to replace the whole lid.

I love the colors but unfortunately this water bottle leaks A LOT. I’ve own owalas, hydrojugs, clean kantines, and hydroflask and I would put this at the bottom for quality. It sure is pretty but the quality is not nearly as nice as these other brands
