Got a replcement lilac lid (3rd time now), since I dropped and cracked my previous one (it's handy that you can buy replacement parts). It works well, except when drinking from it, the hole makes a squealing noise, which my old lid did not do. Delivery was quick and easy.

I didn't really interact with customer service so It's not a well rounded review of my experience with frank green. BUT the shipping was fast and the packaging was good, kept my items intact.
