Service is excellent. Don’t expect
Service is excellent. Don’t expect a quick turn around. The wait is quite long due to supply chain backup. Even though the mailing process is very quick, you will wait awhile for the actual product

They took a bit longer than expected but I did order 3 pair . So it’s no big deal to me . No break in time for me though

Staff were very nice and kept me up to date on progress. I just didn’t like what I felt was the lack of progress. I was disappointed in the time it took me to receive the orthotics. I was also puzzled by the non-response when I inquired several times about the delivery date. I concluded that no one wanted to tell me they were waiting until they got enough orders to send off to China to have them made.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected, even with 3 sets of footbeds. But the results and the service made it well worth it. Will definitely use Upstep again if I need more orthotics.
